Chili’s

Best Chili’s in the country. You can’t beat the staff! Convenient location. We love their steak fajitas and go quite often because they are twice as tasty as a Mexican restaurant! The steak is always cooked to perfection. Very clean, too.

Good food. The servers are generally very accommodating and friendly. We have had only one that was not satisfactory.
Service has been slow every time. Also, if your party is more than four, it’s very crowded and they don’t clear used tableware unless asked. If you have small children, this is probably not for you.

We love this place! Great people, good food. We eat here about once a week. The service and food seems to have gotten better in the past couple of years.

An interesting start to this dinner. We were sat at a dirty table and the menu I received had beer spilled on the inside. We moved to a clean table. Our waiter was nice, the food came out warm but something is just missing from this Chili’s! The fajita condiment tower came out with only enough condiments for one fajita. The mashed potatoes came straight out of a box and were lukewarm on our kids dinners. Being from Texas, we knew what the portions should have been, but were smaller than they should have been. The Texas cheese fries that we ordered as an appetizer had over cooked fries and only three jalapeños on the fries. Our waiter was not very attentive with refilling the drinks, we had to flag him down several times to get our drinks refilled. When we pulled up our receipt at the table side tablet, we discovered that we did not get the 2 for $ 20 dinner that my husband and I had ordered, but were charged full price for the appetizer and our meals. We brought this to the attention of the manager, who stated that they just forgot to push the promo button on the register and he would fix it. The waiter came to our table and said that it had been corrected, but they had just added the 2 for $ 20 promo to the register. However, we have frequented various Chili’s for years and know that this meal has been available for years. After listening to this lie, seeing the sparse clientele, and barren parking lot, my husband and I determined that they are hurting for business and tried to pull the dirty trick with the check. We paid, gave a minuscule tip (usually big tippers), and left. We will not be returning to this Chili’s!

Came here with my family, twin toddlers in tow. Staff was more than accommodating. Most restaurants don’t act too happy when you come in with a toddler, let alone two. The waiter went well above the call of duty. Orders came quickly, but I ordered my burger med-​well and it was very well done and not tasty. We would go back.

Our Chili’s has some of the best steaks in town. The serve staff is great. Have not had the same luck with their sandwiches, however.

I’m not sure but it seems like the whole Chili’s franchise has really went downhill over the past few years. I remember when this Chili’s first opened and everything here was great; but the past couple of times I’ve been here it has really SUCKED (to put it nicely).
Service here is still great and the staff tries their hardest to make sure you are pleased. They are always on their «A» game. If it wasn’t for these people I’d probably give this place a 1 star.
The food here is just terrible. They have this huge menu full of items that look so delicious in the picture, but it is not what you get when you order it. The past several times I’ve been here at this location the food at best has been horrible; making me wonder why I didn’t just save some money and grab a burger at McD’s or the King. My most recent trip here I ordered a bacon cheese burger that I thought would be impossible to screw up, but they did it. What was delivered to me was a small burger (the patty was the size of a fast food burger), the bun on the burger was still cold (almost frozen), and it took well over 30 mins to get this burger. The fries that came with it were ok, but were basically room temp.
Next time when I need some late dinner I’ll just take my business to one of the many fast food restaurants in town and grab a better meal for less than half the price that Chili’s charges. Management here really needs to step up and make sure that the food they are sending out is better than what it is today.
