I too was pleased to find out that a large, well established pet store was coming to Milledgeville. There is a very good selection of products there, but the service is bad. I’ve visited the Milledgeville store four times to buy flea/tick medicine. Each time I would have to find someone to unlock the cabinet, wasting 5 to 10 minutes. This seems incredible because there aren’t that many customers in the store. The employees seemed not to care. I will not return. Choosing Tractor Supply instead.

It’s great to see that Milledgeville now has a super pet store with toys, food, and other pet supplies and needs; they even have a grooming area and vet. They have a great selection of pet supplies here and are a bit cheaper than other bigger box stores. It’s a welcome addition to the small Milledgeville Mall(Hatcher Square).
