Nightmare. I went to this place for the first time a few days ago for my eyebrows and the wax technician was a woman with black hair and a nose ring (I can’t remember her name). She must be a trainee because she left me with an abrasion under my right eyebrow with her tweezers, pulled the skin right off, then when I pointed it out, denied it completely. She said, «Oh, you would have felt it.» Well I did feel it, and then she opened the door and made sure I left so fast my head spun. Not only that, but the job was shoddy with stray hairs and unclean edges. When I expressed my frustrations at the front the girl said she could schedule me with someone else and dismissively said she would tell the manager. Why on earth would I want to try someone else at this place? They get one star because the first one was free — thank goodness, because I would never pay for an experience like that.

I came in for a bikini wax and Vanessa was my waxer. She was great! Completely understood that it was first time at a professional waxing place and explained everything she was going to do. So nice and welcoming!

Got my first Brazilian done here, and I’m so glad I did! It was a great experience from beginning to end. The girl at the front desk was very friendly and my waxer was wonderful. She was quick, professional and very nice. Will definitely be visiting this location again.

Very clean — workers are knowledgable and kind. No need to be embarrassed, the employees make you feel comfortable and at ease. Prices are more expensive then the nail salons in the area — but worth it!!! Did I mention how clean it is in there?! They r so professional and treat you very well … Will always use their services…

completely worth the review– I had a baby a little over a year ago and barely have time to shower! much less shave my legs and other non-​mentionables… so I’ve contemplated getting waxed but really couldn’t imagine bringing the baby into a facility for this service…
so a few days ago I happen to be driving by European wax center and figured I would just go in and ask a couple of questions. I pulled into a parking space and since the baby was sleeping, I pulled up this place to read the reviews. I spent his nap time researching other places and their reviews as well.
baby wakes up and I put him in his stroller and go in, expecting only to ask some questions. I walk in and I was treated very nicely! asked my questions and got answers. I explained that I would have to come back when I didn’t have the baby and she said the baby was no issue at all. so I settled on the Brazilian wax.
A really sweet girl named Erica could wax me right then, so off we go. let me just mention that I was going to ask for a girl that I saw the name of in other reviews, and I’m really grateful that I didn’t. I have no idea how good she is but I wouldn’t have gotten Erica and I am hooked on this girls work! so anyway I am instantly comfortable with Erica because she was very friendly and knowledgeable. i’m a little ashamed to say that when I first saw her come out– and that she’s young, I was concerned. but I am saying that she is THE BEST WAXER I’ve ever dealt with. she reassured me that tons of mom’s bring their kids in and it was no problem! and there was no awkwardness with her AT ALL. for those who have gotten Brazilians or could imagine, you’d expect a little awkwardness!
fast forward to today and I got my upper legs done. same baby in same stroller. same amazing service from Erica. her consistency prompted this review. I will be returning!
in the many years I’ve gotten waxes at various spas and facilities across the U.S. I have never had somebody get it done so quickly with minimal discomfort and get all of the hair. I am 100% satisfied and impressed. so impressed that I will budget these waxes in as my one luxury to myself

Great experience. Very clean. Wore gloves & sanitized after the wax. I had a Brazilian & Jeanne was fabulous. It has been a long time since I’ve had one & she made me feel very comfortable & it was painless. She also was very knowledgable about the waxing process. I will definitely be coming back! Very friendly, professional staff. The place was very clean! A little difficult to find because it’s not facing the road in the plaza, thank goodness for GPS!
This was my first visit and I will be going back! They use a special kind of wax, so that paper strips are not needed. My brows, lip and bikini came out great.

This review is not so much for this specific location but for all European Wax Centers– every one I have been in has been lovely. Extremely clean and the staff is extremely professional. My only complaint is that they must work on commission or something, because the moment I step foot in the door I feel like it is a non stop constant stream of trying to get me to purchase packages or products. As a regular customer, this is exhausting. What’s more, is I do not always adhere to their «recommended» schedule of every 4 weeks for a bikini wax– which, I think is MY decision to make. While I appreciate their professional recommendation there have been far too many occasions where the esthetician spent the entire appointment literally LECTURING me on the upkeep of my own body parts.
despite the SELL SELL SELL and the lecturing, I love European Wax Center and would never go anywhere else.

Ladies, if you’re pondering trying out the Brazilian wax, look no further. European Wax Center is the local Holy Grail of waxing procedures.
Upon your first visit, you will walk in to an immaculate, welcoming environment. The receptionist will review the waxing services available as well as pricing and packages. Your esthetician will introduce herself and bring you to a very clean, private room.
The procedure itself, while never quite pain free is MUCH, MUCH more comfortable than traditional soft wax because of the special blue wax used. The waxing technicians are very skilled in its use, and great at putting you at ease.
I also opt for an eyebrow wax in addition to the Brazilian and I’ve always been pleased. Make sure you ask for Val when booking your appointment, she’s great!
