First off, a beautiful area in Amish country. We stayed a couple weeks ago and this was our first time to the resort. We were surprised at the layout… Several seperate buildings spread over the grounds, but the buildings were nice. The interiors appeared very luxurious, except the main building/lobby which appeared normal. The dining area was similar to a college campus diner with venear tables and chrome-type chairs(due to the appearance, we did not partake in the free continental breakfast). Our room however was beautiful. One of the BEST rooms we’ve stayed in. The only room complaint was that the lights were all set on «bright»… There was no way to reduce the lighting, except turning lights off. Unscrewing some of the light bulbs seemed to help a little. Although the room was very nice, the location was not. We had requested a room with a view of the yard(not the road) and when we found we were looking at the road, we figured not a big deal. However, the farm trucks rolling down the road all night long made us wish staff had honored our initial request. It also seems that a stay in the summer time might be a bit better. We were told by locals that this resort is the popular«tourist resort», which is usually best during the tourist season in the summer. All in all a good stay in a beautiful room.

I recently stayed at the Berlin resort because of a great Living Social discount. We were blown away by the huge room. .. the walk in shower was amazing, as was the whirlpool tub. This is truly a treasure tucked away in Amish country — it’s centrally located to lots of great activities, and it proved to be a wonderful way to spend the night after a day of exploring the countryside. Highly recommend!

It’s a very nice place, set out in the middle of Amish country. The rooms were beautiful. The scenery is wonderful. Town is just down the road a bit. There is a heated salt-water pool, a whirlpool hot tub, sauna, steam room, and fitness center. The wi-fi was very spotty, and we had a few things not working in the room, but it was overall a very positive experience. Fair warning, all of the fitness classes they advertise are on weekdays, not on weekends.

Amazing views and great features. We stayed in the executive suite and it was wonderful. The jacuzzi tub is huge and so relaxing. Bed was comfortable and the reclining seats were electric and very comfortable. We only had one issue and that was our fireplace did not work but they accommodated us by giving us a discount on the room. The outdoor area around the resort is very peaceful and great for families or couples.

Beautiful place! It surprised me with how many great facilities it has such as a theatre, swimming pool, hot tub, sauna, steam room and gym, the gym is very big and has a lot of equipment. There is other rooms with courts and a bicycle room. They also have fitness classes available. You can make an appointment for a manicure or a massage. The scenery is pretty from the doorstep of your room. Wifi is perfect out here and it is located in a peaceful area with country around it. There is no restaurant here but they have a free breakfast including my favourite option — oatmeal almond waffles. Great place to stay with available things to do.

Outstanding hospitality in a fresh, clean and modern hotel in the heart of Ohio’s Amish country. This is a gem of a hotel with great views, the benefits of a health spa, included breakfast, lush grounds and a caring staff. I can’t wait to go back!!!
