The Flooring Studio

Beware of companies that want money up front… but I took the chance and it was not a fun experience. They made my hardwood floors look worse than before, so I got any and all money back from the wood floors. When the carpet was installed padding was not put in the closets, so the carpet was odd and uneven at the doors. They did come back and fix the problem. I was promised an additional 250.00 verbally in a refund for all the errors. 2 months of calling weekly, I dont think my messages have gotten passed on, so therefore I am finally writing this review to save others.
2 lessons — dont pay up front and dont agree or at least get your hopes up on any promises that are verbal with this company or any other company.
