I’m sorry I even have to give this company one star… Anyway this company is no longer Mountain pure, they are now RefresH2o. They are now Refresh2o because Mountain Pure went bankrupt. They do NOt pay their employees when they say they will and when they do they can NOT cash their checks anywaybecause the money is not in the companies account. Their systems are very costly, $ 6,000 costly and the service is shitty. The people running this company only care about making money for themselves. As long as them and theirs is taken care of they couldn’t care less about taking care of their employees or the employees families. If you are smart you will NEVEREVER work for this company or buy a single thing from them. They are rip offs!

If these people come knocking on your door — TELLTHEMTOLEAVE! They are scammers. Several weeks ago ‘Amber’ showed up at our door offering«free» water testing(total dissolved solids, pH, chlorine, hardness). We were skeptical but she quickly produced a small, half-sheet of paper, that was obviously printed with a laser printer, not a professional, color brochure, that stated«This is a complimentary test. There is no charge to the residents.» She asked some questions about our water and then gave us a small bottle to give her a sample of water out of the tap. She wrote the sample number on the handout, along with her name and wrote that the results would be ready in 1 – 2 days. Before she left, because the office was quite a drive from our residence, we told her to send us the results in the mail. She wanted to know if it was alright to call us as well. We agreed. Well, 1 – 2 days passed, no phone call to give us the results. We waited a whole week for results in the mail, but they never showed up either. We called the office and they didn’t have the results yet(geeez, big surprise there). Called a few days later and started to ask the tough questions: Why are our results not ready yet? When will you be mailing the results? How come no one has phoned us yet with the results? We spoke with two different men, both geared to give people the runaround. The first guy wanted me to call back at 3PM and ask for the telemarketing department. Telemarketing for results from their in-house lab? Red flags where going off in my head. As in, this is a scam. We called back at 3PM and had to ask the same questions all over again. We were told that NORESULTS were going to be mailed to us, and that the best that they could do would be to send someone out to the house to review the results in person. We told the man that this is not what was requested or agreed upon when Amber took our water sample; and he plays it off as «You must’ve misunderstood her.» Umm, NO… there was no misunderstanding. We requested written results and she agreed to send them per our request — we watched her write that down on her master sheet that she recorded our answers on. To date, we have not received ANY results from this company as we requested them. This company is a scam! Tell them to leave or you’re calling the cops to report trespassing.
