Switched to broad stripe from Comcast. Night and day difference. Comcast– long hold times, late techs, and poor customer service. When one of the techs called their personal service line during a visit to my house, he hung up on the rep because they clearly didn’t know how to help him. Sad when even their own staff receive bad service. Broad stripe– low price, good customer service, quick response. I called Comcast about a lower price and they couldn’t match it so I switched. Best decision ever. I needed to call yesterday to add a modem. It took less than a minute for their tech to answer the call. He had me up and running within 10 minutes. Best part, he was able to double my internet speed for the same price because I qualified for an offer. That’s right, offers for current customers. Go figure. Broad stripe, you rule!

So frustrated with this ISP. Have been a loyal customer for years, as like to support local businesses, but their customer service is the WORST. No follow up when they say they are going to, tech support is worthless, I ended up finding solutions myself. Their email platform recently changed back from gmail to their own, and it’s a nightmare – nothing works, the settings they provided were wrong. Only positive is when it IS working, channel line up is good. I have been paying for faster cable which I have not been getting, they were supposed to resolve this a year ago and just now are doing it after even more calls.

I switched to broadstripe from Verizon to save money on my cable bill. So far they are a lot cheaper and no contract. Everyone in the office is very friendly and the tech that came to my house was very nice. The only reason I did jot give them 5 stars is because at times you can be on hold for a long time to speak with someone
