Had to wait 5 minutes for someone to acknowledge we walked into the door. Several employees walked past us. Food was good but one of us asked for a hard taco and got a soft taco. Only was asked if we wanted a refill one time. Restaurant was dirty. Average at best.

Nice small town vibe for a large food chain. Speaks well for the culture created at this establishment. I say that to say nothing is rushed. This is not a fast food restaurant, it’s a socializing restaurant. You can really spend time, talk and enjoy your food here. Speaking of food, it’s typical Chili’s. Nothing over the top spectacular just decent edible good. I enjoyed the sampler with the panko onion rings, southwestern egg rolls and sliders. I also had a side salad. The greens were a combination of fresh iceberg lettuce and a spring mix. I had the ranch dressing which was watery and tasteless but served the purpose after adding a bit of salt and pepper. The waitress was pleasant with a good sense of humour. If you are a beer drinker they have a 2 for 1 happy hour special.

Awful… First of all its freezing in here. Secondly, my «buffalo chicken sandwich» has a dot of buffalo sauce and only a tiny bit more ranch. This was the first time I ever sent anything back.

I ordered the spicy shrimp tacos and asked for the chef to lay a little low on the spice, which he did. The tacos were perfect with the change in «temperature!» The atmosphere at Chili’s in Millington is like“Cheers,” where everybody knows your name. It’s a fun place to go for the unexpected dinner out!

Took my mom and the family there today for my mothers birthday. We ordered our food, appetizer and drinks. The drinks took forever and we were brought the wrong beer twice. the babies food came out just fine, but we waited over 45 minutes for the rest of our food. The manager said it was a «server error» only meaning that our server forgot to put our order in. He offered to bring us desert for moms birthday but never brought it after we finished our food. We sat and waited for about 15 minutes after we ate, no one came over to bring the desert or ask if everything was ok. We paid for the check which was over $ 70. The check was not discounted or comped. I’ve worked in the restaurant business for over 10 years and would Never give this kind of service to a customer. Our entire meal should have been on the house and the birthday desert should have been brought over immediately. Overall experience was mediocre. The only good part was that the food was good. –Leslie A.

I love me some Chili’s. Usually, I’m not much of a chain restaurant person… not that I have an issue with chains so much as I just enjoy the fabulous non-chain restaurants I find myself surrounded by. Chili’s has my heart, though, because they support, in HUGE ways, a hospital very near and dear to my heart. In fact, this hospital has an entire wing that was built solely on the funds Chili’s raised for them over the course of 10+ years, and that alone could be a reason to always give them my business. That fact aside, I do love Chili’s. I usually come because I have an unhealthy addiction to their crack-salsa. I usually get a different entrée every time I go, but lately they’ve all been wonderful. The Millington location is one of my favorites, though, because they generally aren’t overly packed and the staff are efficient. Super friendly servers are hit or miss there, but all of the servers and staff get the job done and well, so it’s truly impossible to complain, except that sometimes they don’t laugh at my jokes and that hurts my feelings a little. But they make me feel better by always giving me chips and crack-salsa to take home with me, so all is forgiven. If you like Chili’s and don’t mind driving to Millington, this is a good one and is spacious enough to not have someone’s barstool forever shoving yours into the bar.

Terrible service here. Never cordial, and they never answer their phone calls past their answering machine. Remembering why I never come here! Pass on it!

I’ve been in Millington two years and this was my first tinge at this place. I ordered the shrimp tacos and they were awesome! the price wasn’t bad either. The pretzels wee a really good appetizer as well as the sweet potato fries. Our sever was friendly and always available when we needed him. They offer military discount at this location.

Depending on if you like chilis food depends on how well you will like going here. For the most part you will get decent service but just depends who your server is. The food is usually pretty good but you have try different things to get a better feel of the food. Take it from me that you wouldn’t usually want to go when there isn’t a football game on.

What can I say about Chili’s? They all pretty much have the same menu and taste pretty much the same. The reason I’m reviewing this one is because of the service. The people here including the customers were so nice that I had to write a review. I ordered a salad with grilled chicken, corn on the cob and baked apples w/cinnamon. The salad and apples were tasty, but the corn was overcooked.
