Enterprise Rent-A-Car

My experience was different from the reviewer below me but it was still horrible, I see that not much has changed since he has visited this branch. During my visit I was treated with great disrespect, they acted like I was inconveniencing them and basically they ran that branch like a backwood two-​bit operation. I get that millington is still backward but I have great respect for Enterprise since I am ex military and have used them for years. I expect all branches to be up to par no matter which city, state or country. I lived in many states, visited many countries and usually all the branches are similar. Millington’s branch was half an hour late to pick me up, they had me waiting in the hot sun for 30 mins even though I called then ahead of time to schedule my pick up. The driver they sent didn’t even know the directions and Millington is a SMALL town… why would they even hire someone like that to begin with? Besides that they charge some ridiculous prices. I swear to you I rented luxury cars and SUV’s for less than $ 200 a day at other Enterprise branches in Shelby County. A basic SUV at other Enterprise branches was around $ 120…a basic SUV at Millington Enterprise ran me over $ 200 a day. And you are almost forced to rent a SUV or something large because they always claim to never have any other vehicles in a town that only has 11,000 people. And their cars are always filthy, we were doing the pre-​inspection on a filthy vehicle and the Enterprise employee had no shame as if it was the norm. At other branches they offered to wash it, in fact this one time in NJ the Enterprise employee got out a hose and washed it himself. Now thats true customer service… But not in Millington though because they could care less!
Due to their rudeness, tardiness and ridiculous prices I will never rent from that branch again and I dont recommend that anyone else does either. Just get a ride to Memphis and rent from another Enterprise instead! I am not even sure why that Millington branch even exists!
