Team Clean Wash. Not much of a team and just barely clean. They are just«so so» as far as automated car washes go. They offer three levels of wash, the best costing $ 11. At the end you are offered a Simonize Hot«hand» wax for $ 4 extra. $ 15 total. You pay with CC or cash and are not offered a receipt. You just trust the«attendants» get it right. When you drive up to the opening an attendant offers you a lollipop. Who cares? I said, «what I would like is for you to pretreat the bugs on my bumpers and mirrors.» The attendants reply was«we don’t do that and we don’t guarantee bug removal«(of course this is after they have you $ 15). I said«most car washes have a person that sprays the heavy bug areas and scrubs them with a brush before you enter.» He said, «it is what it is». Well what it is — is likely my last visit. Bugs were not cleaned off. Hot wax is just more colored squirt and no one touches your car. The first roller didn’t even get spinning until I was half way through it. Vacuums are some of the weakest I have seen or used. Normally these type car washes rock. Very few workers, but just enough personal touch to make it work. Instead of handing out lollipops, Team Clean might consider doing a little work and offering a service they can be proud of for $ 15.
