The people are super nice and the ice cream is fantastic! They take cards and cash so no worries! I know a lot of small businesses don’t take cards but this is not one of them. I love that it is right along the main highway so you can pull off, get some ice cream and hop back on your way. They have tons of choices! Hard ice cream, soft serve, sundaes, the works! I really like how many options you have to choose from because it makes choosing that much harder, which could be bad, but it is good for someone who likes to have something new each time. Picnic tables outside and a decent amount of parking, I’m sure it gets busy when the weather warms up! Definitely a place to visit if you’re passing by and want a sweet treat :)

If I’m not mistaken, this place has been here for years. I used to get ice cream here with my grandparents when they lived in Watkins Glen and even well over a decade later, I still remember how good the chocolate soft serve ice cream is! I’ve been meaning to take a trip up to this area for a long time, and when I do, I know this place will be high on my list of places to visit on my walk down memory lane.

Love, love, love this place. It’s not the closest ice cream shop to our house but that doesn’t matter. We’ll take the little extra drive to get the creamiest soft ice cream for the very reasonable prices that they offer. Soft black raspberry is offered EVERY. SINGLE. DAY. They’re flexible too — say you REALLY want a soft black raspberry twist with vanilla — sorry, the machine can’t do that… BUT, they’ll put them side by side in a dish for you for the same price. Milkshakes? You bet. If you’re crazy enough to risk the brain freeze(and diabetes) you can try their Royalty Milk Shake which looks like the size of a bucket. The staff is always friendly and we’ve never had a bad experience there.
