I am only 34 years old but I remember customer service being better than it is today. I feel like many businesses think they are doing me a favor being open. I am the consumer and I am empowered to shop somewhere else and to relate to all that I meet how dissatisfied I am with the service I have received. A week and a half ago I ordered a rather expensive item from Assurance Arms, Inc. and was told it would be here in a week, so Monday not Thursday. I emailed the address on the website several days ago to inquire if it was here yet and have yet to receive a reply. Today I call and was told that a shipment error had occurred and it would another week. I am glad I took the initiative to call or I would have never known. Needless to say I will not be dealing with them again and I suggest you avoid them as well.

Terrible service. If you don’t mind inconveniencing the employees by coming in and shopping then it’s the perfect place for you. Of course, people who shop there probably are not smart enough to go online or are obligated by federal law to use them for their FFL.
