Had a scooter front tire replaced and the front brake fixed. Total cost $ 620 despite the estimate of 300 – 400, no notification of a price change, and a day of pickup confirmation the bill would be $ 360. Sent management an email follow up 10 days ago and never heard back. Once they had the bike they held it and gouged me on pricing.

I’d give them five star but retail on stuff I could buy online so much cheaper online stings! That said these guys are real pros and pleasant to deal with all over the building. Huge stock of gear and tons of machines of almost every variety, and a top notch service department with all the dyno and other good gadgets you want your shop to have at their disposal.
I wasn’t thrilled with the one week wait for an appointment, but it was worth the wait. No annoying hard up sells, thorough, friendly, answered lots of questions, made a couple very believable suggestions, and didn’t over charge me on labor.

Bunch of Bullshit… Went to take a look at a used triumph. Was told it was taken for a ride and lost a lot of oil.
So it was taken to the their shop to be diagnosed. Regularly scheduled maintenance bikes are ahead of it I was told. Come on!!! This is day 3. Think I’m getting the run around. Something shady’s gong on. Guess I’ll try Metuchen, but I haven’t heard great things about them either

bought a brand new motorcycle from this dealership. bike has 70 miles on it and the front brakes literally fell off the bike. they glued the bolt back on and told me i could have the bike back. did not offer any refund or a different bike that wasn’t defective, or a great deal on a trade in… nothing. spoke to the owner several times, as well as yamaha… they each blamed the other but no body did anything to help me with this defective bike that I am stuck with. i would never buy anything from this dealership again nor would i service my bike there.

brought my motorcycle there to get fixed and they did do that but they also scrached the bike so they reordered the part and the gave me a hard time about putting it on and was in like a pissing match then told them about another warrenty problem and they refused to fix it or even look at it they should be not allowed to seel anything. there service dept is the worst STAY AWAY

I initially got off on the wrong foot with this bike shop. I took my bike in for regular service and when I got it back, it would not start up after its initial start. It turns out my starter went. I assumed it was something that was done during the service and called up the business enraged about the problem. Luckily xtreme machines has a wonder management and staff that handled my problem professionally and courteously. I was very impressed with the customer service, and I cannot wait to do business with them again.
