Each time we go to Harter for equipment we are met with impatience and a feeling they really do not need our business. We have made numerous purchases from them including a new tractor and each time we have to bug them to return calls, follow up on things they promise to get back to us with and just general bad information. We were told our tractor had an easy off bucket but then upon return with tractor we were told it did not have it and would cost us another $ 2000+
We can never get a strait answer from them on anything. We plan to take our business someplace else.
