Millville Public Library

I was there today to use the computer. .yes its small but dont hold it against them. They need more attention and understanding that youth are relying on technology over hard books. I would suggest a community bbq sponsored by people who want to preserve libraries. Its rather sad cause there’s just something about a library that needs to be preserved. I give three because it needs more attention at no fault to the workers. Yes tablets and android phones are being used more but we are losing the community connection. Since when did libraries become relics? Bring back libraries and make them fun for youth to want to come! Vineland library I learn how to use computers and if it wasnt for them I wouldnt know. Bring back libraries!

First things first: the Millville Public Library is a small hometown library. As such, it will never have the resources of larger libraries. It is, however, part of CLUES, which is the countywide library system. That means the resources available here are those available throughout the county.
The problem with the library is that despite its small resources and limited space, the library does not function well. Librarians are not concerned with missing books. Reserving books means nothing. Oh, they may pull the book from the shelf, but they do not e-​mail nor do they they telephone to inform one the book is now available. And it takes six months for them to receive a new book and get it available to the public.
Those are all things that could easily be improved to make the library an enjoyable experience. Until those things are corrected, the library will continue to receive poor remarks from me.
