A+ family owned and operated business. My home was broken into and Joe came out and gave me a fair estimate and even went through the hell of trying to explain everything to my insurance company. Carole is spot on and was in constant contact with me throughout the entire process. The installers did an excellent job and even cleaned up after themselves. All in all, just really nice, friendly, fair people that do great work. I’d highly recommend them to anyone!

This is my updated reveiw. We had a french door put in our basement. Plowmans did the install in one day and the install went very well and the job looked great. We were very happy. Then the door started to leak. They came out and look at it I showed them pic of the leak and a video of it leaking. There was talk about what to do. But no one ever came back. Months went by and the door started to leak every time it rained. i put a call in and they came out and sealed the door and now are tell me via invoice that we may need a storm door. This was never told to us at all. Then a week goes by and the door is leaking the next rain. I called plowmans and was called back by the owner and was told again about a storm door. I explained my other doors don’t have storm doors and they 8 years old and they don’t leak. I want to explain this is a new door install in to a newly cut opening by the contractor that plowmans works with. Shaw masonry out of millville. Not the best contractor after months of trying to get shaw to finish the work they had we have to let them go from this job. Shaw did not follow their contract and did not do the job as per the contract. i hope that plowmans can do a better job of following up and backing their product and install.

We own a home in a development. As is typical, the builder-grade windows failed. They were so bad we couldn’t even see out of a few of them. Up and down our block windows are all the same. After a couple years we decided to replace them. We had seen Plowman’s signs on some of our neighbors’ lawns. We checked them out. We replaced 17 windows and our front door. They would not install a French door I had purchased elsewhere. We were very happy with the crew that did the work. They were professional and did a good job. Two minor issues is all: they did not put in the plugs over screws in the glass pane of the door and they installed the handle on the screen door upside down. The windows, while not inexpensive, are a huge improvement. We are pleased with the work. The rest of our development keeps replacing the windows. Almost everyone is using Plowman’s.
