The customer service, from the initial phone call to the front desk, to the eye doctor herself, was fantastic. I live in Delaware and it was literally impossible to be seen on a Saturday. So I had to find a place in PA with an opening. For Eyes took me in with only an hour and a half notice. I showed up 15 min early and was seen right away, and was out of there in less than an hour. Thank you guys, I can’t tell you enough how much it means that you took me on such short notice. My eyes feel great, and I can make it in time for the wedding reception tonight!!!

My family and I have been to this For Eyes numerous times and have had great experiences. We have gotten high quality, stylish glasses for reasonable prices. We also get eye exams and contact lenses here. I have found the doctor, receptionist, and people in the store to be very friendly and helpful. I would highly recommend For Eyes in Milmont Park.

I have used this location for at least 8 years and never had a problem with the staff or service. Glasses always came quickly.

Wow — look at the bad reviews. The 4 eyes I go to in Milmont Park has been great with me. My eye doctor, Dr. Billbrough(fabulous, by the way) gives me a script and I take it to For Eyes, and have my new inexpensive glasses quickly. Then when I smash them, they fix them right away while I wait and they’re good as new. And since I lose or mash my reading glasses, like, every 5 or 6 months, I get their internet special of 2 glasses for about $ 30 ea. — but that’s only so often they run it. Usually 2 for $ 99 for limited frames. 2 pair progressive for $ 169 I think. Anyway — I like their service most of all. They took my pair of smashed sunglasses last year and I can’t believe they fixed them as good as news while I waited. It’s good to shop local.

I went to the For Eyes on S. Broad St, a few years back. The«private» optometrists was the same women, Heather Kenny. Upon trying to sign in for our scheduled exams, her receptionist told me that my insurance didn’t have us listed. I sat in the waiting room with my two daughters(no one else was there) and called my husband to ask him to check on it. Of course, I spoke in a modest voice, since this was a waiting room. While I was on hold, the receptionist interuppted me and basically threw us out! She told us that they couldn’t have us there while we dealt with our insurance. I advised her that if the insurance company didn’t approve, I can pay up front, and bill myself. Dr. Kenny was in her office, and looking on. Despite being dressed like a «mom» that day, my husband and I are educated, professional people. What we discovered after being«thrown out» was that we had made an error during benefit enrollment and didn’t have eye insurance that year. The next day, I made three new appointments with another optometrist and paid him CASH. It was obvious to me that Dr. Kenny and her receptionist thought that we were welfare trash to them, perhaps, trying to swindle a freebie. It is quite interesting that the other reviewer had a similiar experience.

You don’t really want to come here. These people treated me like I was some sort of piece of trash that walked of the streets and into their store. Maybe they saw the way I was dressed or something; and thought that I can’t afford there eye wear. I mean they didn’t really take a second look at me after I had asked some questions about there products. What a bunch of jerks!!! The lady at the front desk was nice, but there is a snobby lady that works there too. I’ll let you be the judge. They should get only get a half of a start, and they only got that because they have some nice eye wear. Other then that, they get garbage!!!
