Weeeh! I usually always leave this place happy. I will never let a new guy massage me. I have 2 guys that I normally go to but it was busy so I decided to take the next available guy. At first there was no pressure at all then when I asked for a little more pressure it was way too much to the point of getting bruises. I have to make sure to just go to my usual guys.

Foot was aching after hiking this was a nice treat for my feet. It relieves it so fast. Now I have happy feet again $ 24 for 30 mins of foot reflexology

Cost effective enough to buy massages for the whole family. They are great at giving you the service you need. A little or a lot of pressure and they are very thorough.

Beware! This place cheats you by not giving you the amount of time you pay for! I bought a 30 minute massage and he stopped at 22 minutes! He didn’t realize that I had the timer on my phone, and when I pointed this out he hid behind his limited English skills. This is the SECOND time they have cheated me, so I won’t go back. Buyer beware!!!

I’d been here once before about a year ago and the foot reflexology was amazing. Returned recently and the session was mediocre at best. What sealed the coffin was being told that my tip is 20%. Dear lady, tipping is optional, and you certainly never demand more… for poor service. I don’t recommend and I certainly will never go again.

This place demands tips. The employees cannot speak English so you can’t try to politely explain to them that tips are optional. I gave her the $ 5 for the massage. The massage was actually quite terrible and did not deserve any gratuity whatsoever. Therefore, I will not be coming back here, and frankly, this treatment of customers is unacceptable.

I waited about 30 minutes in this mall waiting area… which didn’t bother me because there are not many places to sit in the mall away from foot traffic. I received an okay massage… nothing amazing… very basic getting knots in the back and hardly any leg work. Not sure I saw the value but the people were very nice.

I absolutely love this place… until today that is. I got the 60 min foot message today and there was several moments during the massage that he was actually hurting my feet, not massaging them. When I went to pay all I had was 5 in cash so I handed them my card and the 5 for tip, and the guy told me «no, for 60 min its 10 dollars…» I guess these people don’t realize that tipping is OPTIONAL. So any business that demands a tip from me, and tells me what I should tip I won’t ever support again.

Should call this place art of rubology. Not worth the money at all. The lady just rubbed me for more than half the time. I went to pay and it was $ 28 then she guilted me into a tip. No more like demanding a tip, so I gave $ 2. $ 2 for a bad«massage»… That’s really generous. Then she tells me” no for 30 min massage $ 5″ definately not worth the money. So bottom line don’t come here, spend your money somewhere else!

Third time visiting. Great foot massages. I like a strong, firm massage and these guys don’t disappoint. Reasonable prices and soothing ambience.

I decided to get an hour and a half massage after shopping. My massage was ok but never the less after the massage when I was asked if I wanted to tip I said yes and please add $ 5.00. The guy told me no it should be $ 10. Hmmmm didn’t realize it was mandatory in this place. This to me isn’t right. The prices are misleading if that’s the case.

My husband chose a one hour foot massage while I went shopping. I finished shopping and went to wait for him while they finished up. I went to the cashier to pay for the massage which was a $ 36 for one hour. The cashier asked if I wanted to put a tip and I said I would like to add $ 5. The cashier looked at me appalled and said, no, the tip should be $ 10. I shocked as I have never been told a tip should be more. I said no, I would still need to speak to my husband to see if he even enjoyed the massage. As my husband got up to leave, even his masseuse said the tip should’ve been $ 10. He said the massage was just ok. That was definitely my «WTF?!» moment of the day.

Got a 15 mins chair massage from a man at this place. He used too much pressure on my back. Not sure if I should have interrupted and told him but he didn’t seem to understand english. I was in more pain after the massage than a little discomfort in the shoulders that I was hoping to settle. Not happy :(2 stars for his efforts.

4 solid stars! Note: This is located in Great Mall Okay, who would have thought… that you can find a great massage in the mall!!! We did a chair massage. My masseur didn’t know English, but it was fine. If you like deep tissue, chair massage, this is the place to check out. We decided to drop by randomly and spontaneously, and was very pleased with the results. I will definitely come back after a long day of shopping.

Located in the Great Mall. Get the 60 min massages. 30 min is slightly over priced. I haven’t tried their body massages. Foot massage is very strong! Tip in cash please.

The prices, the massage, the location and service offerings are all great. My hubby and I have gotten massages all over Asia and India so know what the real deal this. This comes pretty close! Great place for a quick foot massage.

Strong well meaning routine massage. Followed a pattern. Just wasn’t my deal. My friend really liked her massage. Thought mine was over priced and low quality.

They’ve recently moved and are now located near the mall entrance across from the theatre(next door to pacsun). I absolutely love this place! I’m there at least once every weeks to get my tissue fix. BUT be warned, these guys are not the usual gentle/rubbing type. They get in there and if you have some major knots, expect them to work at it!

Foot relexology: Why have this service? Well-if you have specific health ailments, this is the first place to go before heading to your regular doctor. I had shoulder, eye, bladder, and stomach problems before coming here. I had a 30-minute specific foot massage concentrating on the problematic areas I specified above. I told the woman to massage the areas I pointed out on the Art of Reflexology foot map. Next day-I don’t have the previous ailments I suffered after receiving my foot reflexology! I must give you fair warning: During the treatment, each foot will be rigorously, severely massaged, including your toes, arches, ball, and heel of your foot; plus, the top portion of your foot will be massaged. In addition, next day-PLEASE stick close to a bathroom because the foot reflexology will begin flushing your system of all the toxins. I know if seems weird, but hey, I had the foot reflexology done when I was in Singapore! I gotta tell you~getting stuck on the Metro and no bathroom around. .. I wish I wore DEPENDS that day! Oy-EVAY! The foot reflexology really works, so don’t laugh or ignore my heads up, ok?
