Got all our orders WRONG!!! Check your bag before you leave because this store has some incompetent employees who dont care about customers. Had to remind her of our drink and I thought this was the end. After a good walk to the food court, I found out that we’re missing two pretzels and the ones we have arent right. Walked back to the store and told the cashier that the order was all wrong! She goes«I KNOW» with a smirk on her face and gave us the right one. Walked away pissed but there’s nothing you can do when you’re dealing with incompetent and non sense employees.

This had been our the go to almond pretzel and lemonade for ages until today. We always ordered lemonade with light ice except toss time the missing ice has been replaced with water and lots of water. Typically taste sour with less ice, but this time taste like water with some lemon. Sigh… Good bye comfort food. Felt uncomfortable. Time to switch espring filtered water from home.

This is my first time here and we took the almond one and the cinnamon sugar and they tasted good. The bread was fresh. The guy at the front was very helpful.

Cinnamon sugar pretzels are tasty, but messy! I like the plain pretzel nuggets better. I will try the pretzel dog on my next visit.

I was at greatmall almost everyday for this pass week. I has the mini pretzel dog here 4 days ago is was so good, come back yesterday for it. Is was dry, taste like is has been sitting there for the whole morning. I end up eating one and throw the rest away. On the other hands the mango lemonade was refreshing.

I love the service here. I was waiting in line for about 5 minutes for the plain pretzel nuggets but they ran out so I had to wait 7 minutes for the fresh ones to come out the oven. The lady running the cash register offered a free small beverage if I agreed to wait so I did. Their strawberry lemonade was amazing, I couldn’t believe I got it for free. As I was waiting, I was lucky enough to grab some fresh samples off the table as I was waiting.

Ahhh pretzels, those funky knots that were invented by a visionary monk to depict praying as a reward to children. This bread must be truly blessed to stand the test of time and generations of taste buds. Ahhh pretzels. I enjoy this shop’s pretzels… tho I’d like more variety than the ones they offer. There were about 4 of them people when I ordered my grub and not enough pretzels to sell. They kept saying to the customers before me that their pretzels(prolly the ones with the cocktail hotdogs) will be ready in about 7 – 10 minutes, the two bakers(aka pretzel makers where scrambling to keep with the demand)…they sell out fast like hot cakes!(but these are hot pretzels of course!) Anyhoo I got the almond pretzels bites with a dip and drink(blue raspberry lemonade). Its soft and warm and perfect enough as it is(without the dip) but it is kinda pricey for about 8 bucks for the«meal»(including tax). It’s convenient to eat while walking around the mall and I enjoyed every bit of it which I shared with friends…

Every time I go to the Great Mall I have to get one of the pretzels here. The almond pretzel is so tasty and buttery. I also like the salted pretzel with a cream cheese dip. They have a special for buy 3 get 1 free that’s not noted anywhere I think. I do not like Wetzels Pretzels. Bleh. They are not as tasty.

I come here pretty often, and they never ‘impress’ me, but they always get the job done. I never did enjoy spending $ 3 on a so-so pretzel, so I come on Tuesdays to get my money’s worth on their $ 1 pretzels. Knowing it was going to be busy, they should have had either 1. More people working, or 2. Enough pretzels ready. After waiting in line for 5 minutes, with no one thanking us or letting us know that it would just be a minute more, I get to the counter only to find out that it will take 7 – 10 more minutes to make my food. 7 – 10 minutes for a pretzel. That sounds like you have to roll it, twist it, butter and cook it… And to top it off. Ivan said, verbatim. «There’s nothing I can do.» Thanks man, I’m glad to know there’s nothing you can do for your paying customers. I won’t be coming back.

The best cinnamon sugar pretzels. Always soft, hot, and delicious! Kind of messy but so freakin worth it! Only thing I hate are the huge Lines! Omg! It’s right in the middle of where traffic is flowing in the mall so you are always guaranteed at least one dirty look. LoL.

I went in with my family and we were greeting by a friendly employee who asked us to spin the wheel of fortune look a like spin wheel. So he took our orders and made good suggestions and made us feel welcomed. Customer Service really came through and delivered and we are happy customers. Would return there soon!

So much better than the one at Valley Fair Mall. Fresh, wonderful and fluffy and chewy. Plus, the staff is nice.

2 stars for overall staff. 5 to a worker named cass. I believe. We waited in line for about 5 minutes and realized the lady in front of us took the last 2 pretzels we were craving for. Cass took our order and his coworkers told him it would be a 6 – 7 minute wait for them to be done so he passed that info to us and we were fine with it. We paid and waited about 3 minutes and then Cass was constantly telling his coworkers that we were still waiting. A few more minutes went by and just by observing the workers everyone seemed upset, pissed, and looked like they hated their job. They werent exactly rude to the customers but they could have been friendlier. Except Cass, he greated every customer with a smile and said«welcome to auntie annes! what can I get for you?» While others were mumbling«next». And the chick who looked pissed and embarresed when handing out samples. So here we are waiting for about 20 minutes still haven’t received our order, every 2 minutes Cass kept reminding everyone that we were still waiting and of course we could tell that his coworkers were getting annoyed by him. He apologized a countly number of times and gave us a free drink. when our pretzels were finally done he walked all the way from behind the counter and handed us our food personally. Much respect to him and thank you sir for your customer service.

I love this place. I always get the pretzel dog with jalopeno cheese. They use quality beef hotdogs and the spice is just right. I also like the honey almond pretzel from time to time. You can get lucky sometimes when they give out free samples and taste if you like it. They always have a buy 3 get 1 free

I remember trying Auntie Anne’s before but recently rediscovering it is WOW! I love it dough rolled up with hotdogs! it’s making my mouth is drooling just writing this review. It’s filling and its satisfying well for me it is. I ordered the jalapeño with a strawberry lemonade to die for. I’ll be back to try the other lemonade flavors and of course their pretzel dogs with mustard =)

I love pretzels. 4 stars for that. Went to Auntie’s around 7:00pm. 0 stars for loud girl at the cashier. This girl that was at the cashier yesterday was loud and rude. Sounds like a robot. She was yelling. «WHATCAN I GETFORYOUTODAY? WOULDYOULIKEWATER, LEMONADE, ORSODA?!» Someone hates their job. She wasn’t even smiling.

What better way to take a break in the midst of all that shopping? Warm pretzels served straight from a hot oven with an assortment of dips to choose from! Doesn’t get better than this. My absolute favorites here: — Almond pretzel with a side of caramel dip mmmmm… — Raisin with sweet glaze — Sour cream and cheese with light cream cheese dip — Cinnamon sugar pretzel nuggets with a side of glaze They also have a sweet mustard dip for the carb watchers! I have been a fan of Auntie Anne’s ever since I had my first pretzel here.

Cinnamon sugar is the way to my heart! There’s always a line here — and it’s because the smell is intoxicating! Whenever I walk by(especially on an empty stomach) I get hooked into buying a pretzel. The hubby always get the cinnamon sugar pretzel with a medium old fashioned lemonade. Oh, and if you’re «health conscious» you can tell them to make it without butter! They just roll it in the cinnamon sugar mix without dipping it into the vat of butter. I did that once just to see how it’d taste and it wasn’t too bad — but I still prefer it with the butter :)

I treated my Mom to a pretzel last Friday. I did take a few bites out of it so here I am writing a review for this place. The lines can be ridiculously long and depending on the idiocy of the customers ordering, it might take longer than expected. I mean, the selections being showcased is a plus, the billboard of the selections displaying the calorie content is a plus. why are people still stupid when it’s time to order? Hmmm. I have no clue but this particular customer bashing is not part of the review, per se. just a slight venting on my part. The jalapeño pretzel has 350 calories, fewer calories than the other selections so I bought one. I didn’t buy any refreshments but if you are a lemonade person then you might enjoy it. the pretzel itself was doughy(it’s cooked though) and didn’t have that jalapeño flavor like I experienced over at Wetzel’s Pretzel. It’s a good snack if you are walking around the mall but if you can, hold out for the other pretzel joint located near Old Navy.

Was feeling like it was time for a snack while walking around the mall. The line moved extremely quick as the cashiers were hustling and getting people in and out with ease. I got a jalapeño cheese pretzel dog with spicy cheese salsa to dip it in. It came out warm but the cheese was cold from being in a cool storing place. Lame, I imagined it being warm and oozy but whatever it was still good. The cost was affordable being around $ 5 for it all. Again, a big plus goes to the quick and efficient service. If your shopping mall has an Auntie Anne’s you gotta give it a chance at least once in your life, lol.
