Im giving only one star just because they had the worst customer service I ever experienced my whole life. I dont know where or how I am going to base it but their phone line is not always available. Talking about false advertising but just a friendly advice, if your business is only taking calls between 5-​close you should put that on your website or something. Also please stop making people believe your $h*tty business works cuz it doesnt! We live in Daly City and I brought my mom here recently (like 4times!!!), imagine how long of a drive it is?! My mom has melasma and for that four sessions, there was NO progress at all, if anything I think it got worse!!! Plus the 4^th time I brought her there, she was promised by the owner that they will accomodate her on a monday even if their clinic is closed, yet nobody showed up!!! SO FREAKING UNPROFESSIONAL!!! BOTTOM LINE, DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY ON THIS CRAP! We are now going to California Skin Care Institute, where doctors are legit and yes they studied in America!!!

I have been looking for the perfect combination of great customer service and effective facial treatment at a reasonable cost, and I have finally found the one. I went there December of last year to get a consultation and must I say, the consultation went better than I expected. My treatment was the Diamond Peel, some people call it Microdermabrasion. I didn’t have any serious acnes or scars. My skin is actually pretty clear and smooth, but the Diamond Peel gave me a healthier, better-​looking skin. I have this radiant glow even without make-​up. I really feel bad that I have neglected my skin and Calayan for months and months now. I have recommended them to all my friends. I will be back soon! I love Dr. Emma and her wonderful staff!

This place is not a place you thought it is. Since knowing their skin clinic in the Phils, you will think they are at par with them.
I had a consultation done in this clinic and the esthetician was very nice. She recommended a facial wash but when i tried to look it from a local drug store it is not available so I called her at the clinic and informed their staff to call me again but never received a reply.
On my second visit, i was due for a facial, but i changed my mind. Instead, i decided for a chemical peel. When my treatment started, i was so surprised that she did not do any facial extraction to remove my black/​white heads or do some extractions from my clogged pores. All I got was a topical application of 30% salycylic acid. I was very frustrated with what happened. I asked the esthetician, how come she never attempted to remove my black/​white heads or clear my clogged pores. She said that it will be for the next session. I paid for $ 300 and did not get the satisfaction. She asked me to return in 2 weeks but declined since i need to pay up again. This is a big ripped off. CHEMICAL PEEL FOR 300 DOLLARS WITHOUT ANY MINOR FACIALS.
If you wiill compare it to other skin care clinic, you don’t need to pay this much.
The staff does sound knowledgeable but not trained well and inexperienced.
My fellow FILIPINOS, don’t be fooled by their famous name.
I am not recommending this place to anyone.

A friend from high school recommended I try this place since her sisters had started the business. I am all for supporting businesses in Milpitas and I’ve been looking for a new place to get facials so I decided to give it a try.
They are definitely very knowledgeable about skin care and are actively working to stay current. They have a great list of services and
I will definitely be returning.
