Great visit, was able to get a same day appointment. The doctor was pragmatic but friendly and professional. The staff was very friendly. He was able to treat my blood blister with a noninvasive procedure and we discussed a long term plan to deal with my ongoing ingrown toenail issues. Overall a pleasant and affordable experience, I was paying out of pocket. I will be back.

Dr. Mednick and his staff are amazing. They make you feel comfortable and at ease. Dr. Mednick himself is very experienced, highly knowledgable and his demeanor is very relaxing and calm that he just makes you feel confident that everything will be fine. I went in for a cyst on my foot that I had for a while and that just recently started to cause some discomfort. Dr. Mednick took a thoughtful approach and drained it to see if it eases the pain and not return. The pain went away almost immediately. After about a month, the cyst came back and gave me some options and recommendations to treat it but left it up to me to decide. I decided to have surgery to get rid of it once and for all, and with the info he gave me, I felt very confident that he would take care of everything and that I would be in good hands. And I was. In addition, my mother was leaving for the Philippines in about a week and half and we asked if we could schedule the surgery a few days before she had to leave so she can be with me. It was a pretty tight schedule but Dr. Mednick’s assistant made every effort to accommodate our request. She was very courteous, professional and understanding of our situation. Overall, it was a great experience with Dr. Mednick and his staff. They are top notch.

This doctor is experienced and competent which is reflected in how he regards his patients; he is compassionate. He is also mild-mannered which makes him approachable and easy to talk to. When I first say him, he took the time to explain to me what my foot and ankle mechanics were and how they need to be corrected; something neither of the podiatrists I’d seen before had done. It’s also easy to get an appointment with him– sometimes in the same week– as he usually isn’t overbooked nor has his lobby been overflowing with patients in the several times I’ve been in to see him. Dr. Mednick’s practice is a sole proprietor practice. This is a welcome departure from dealing with an HMO like Kaiser in which there are few, hurried doctors, supported by few and sometimes outrightly hostile nurses who see a high volume of patients. This doctor is easy to deal with and gets my recommendation.
