Compared to other dentist in the Milpitas area. This place is definitely not even close in quality or price. Dr. Wong’s technique and equipments are also outdated.(ex. Other offices are now using digital xray machines with way less radiation)

I’ve been seeing Dr. Wong since 1994, when he was working in someone’s clinics. I lost track of him when he opened his own clinics for a couple years until one day I saw his advertisement in newspaper. I went back to him without 2^nd thought. He is the best dentist I’ve seen.
He is knowledgeable, skillful, trust worthy, and patient. I’ll not go to see any other dentist even his office is kind of far from my home (20 miles).

Switched my insurance so I came in here earlier this year. Thought it would be nice since it’s actually close to my house. On my first visit, I got my xrays done, and the assistant had no idea what she was doing. She scraped my gums multiple times and Dr. Wong had to come by to finish them up instead. Even when he was doing them, it was SUPER uncomfortable! I’ve done teeth xrays many many times in my life, and I have never cringed or wanted to GAG so badly before.
Every time I come here, I also feel like the teeth cleaning has never been thorough enough. In and out in less than ~20 minutes? Usually I like it when the service is fast, but not if it’s for the sake of my teeth. The LAST time– they scraped my gums so bad with the dental pick that it bled for 2 months! Last straw.
Went to another dentist and found out that I had multiple cavities Dr. Wong had never mentioned to me. Never coming back.

After going through the horror of having to call to this dentist to get a quick quote for my suture removal, I called a friend to ask who she goes to. She gave me Dr. Wong’s number. The receptionist was excellent at getting me a quick quote and at a reasonable price.
Came in today at 10am. Dr. Wong was really nice and did the suture removal in a jiffy. I was in and out in 10 minutes. My main dentist is down South but I will definitely recommend my friends and family to Dr. Wong’s practice.
