Peter was easy to easy to communicate and coordinate with. He provided a couple good options for me. It wasn’t at all a high pressure sales situation.
I’m unable to review the product I bought at this time (M20 — Type L). I think it’s too early. I did find that the battery for mine didn’t last the 15 mile range I believed it would. However, I could have recharged the battery between trips that day, and I didn’t. The key seems to be to moderate the battery usage. I think I was reveling in the novelty of the powered bike, and letting it do all the work.
I ended up having to change bikes with him one or two times, as there were manufacture issues. Kudos for being willing to switch the bikes out, but it was kind of bad to be selling bikes of poor quality.
When it seemed I had a decent bike, it got stolen at Bart (West Dublin/​Pleasanton).
