I have purchased a scooter there and have taken other Honda scooters in for routine maintenance. The customer service was awful, if you don’t ride in on a motorcycle you are not given any respect. They kept my scooter for weeks and didn’t really even address the problems. I will never take my scooter in there for repair, not would I ever consider purchasing anything from them as well. Honda scooters are great, Honda of Milpitas is not.
