I believe they are under new management. Andy helped me to renewal my contract and activated my new Note 3. Very happy with the service and Andy was very patience too!

As you guys know this is a third party retailer for VZW. I signed up for a new 2 year contract with these guys, and we specified we wanted to have unlimited text messaging to go along with our iPhones. Apparently they didn’t and I ended up with a large Verizon bill the following month. Long story short, the person who signed us up, along with the manager did not take responsibility for their actions, and I ended up having to deal with a 500+ phone bill that was never resolved. DO NOT GO HERE

I was about to buy my blackberry storm at best buy until my brother (Tam) former Unilocaler of 07 decided to call around because he was so impatient with getting the phone ASAP. So we called in and asked what type of deal are they going to give us. To sum it up we got two blue tooth head sets and our storm for 450 but with mail and rebate its going to be 350… HELLA CHEAP!
she was about to throw in her Burger with it as well.
side note:
my brother tried to do a sales trick on them. Pretending to get a phone call and say «hey i got a better deal in san mateo» ends up they own that store as well plan back fired but hey we still got our phones for pretty cheap.
