I was here last weekend in the afternoon, and the only things that this store had going for it were decent lighting and outlet prices.
The merchandise wasn’t well-​organized.
My friend and I were ignored, even though we were the only ones in the store.
As I held up one of the camisoles, I asked, «Excuse me, do you think you’ll be getting this camisole style in additional sizes soon?» I only saw XLs, so I figured that I should ask; the salesperson, who was a few feet away, glanced in my direction and kept walking.
My friend asked another salesperson near us,“Hi, where are your wire-​free bras located?” No answer was given — just an annoyed look.
Maybe these salespeople were new? Both having a bad day? Don’t know what was up with the silent treatment.

instead (I already found incredible deals at the website in the Sales, Special Offers, and Clearance sections). Can’t tell you how grateful I am for online shopping.

Love this place there Is always a good selection of high quality bras, panties and shape wear. As I have mentioned in a tip I’m confused as to why clearance has gone up. I agree this place is very small and cramped but for the prices it’s not an issue for me.

Walked in here to find a good bra for my girls, and was the only customer in there. I was ignored, so I walked right out.
I’ll spend my money elsewhere.

The customer service sucks here. Of course it does. Why would anyone besides teenagers want to work at the mall, anyway? Although it sucks, they are not rude and I will give them a star for that.
My mom loves the bras here and I can see why. They are so soft and the wires are not so thick that they give you discomfort. Also, they’re so cheap! And they usually have a sale because they want to attract more customers.
I also like that they let more than one people in the fitting rooms at a time.
ps. If you’re Vietnamese, these bras are perfect for ao dai’s. They make your breasts look super perky, unlike the ones from Victoria’s Secret.

I was at Great Mall looking for running shoes at Nike. yup, I couldn’t decide between 2 pairs so what did I do? I bought both pairs. SCORE.
I then went to Agaci for a white cardigan and also scored me some short shorts and 2 halter type dresses. SCORE. What else was I missing? Strapless bras to wear w/​my halter top dresses. I first started my search at Khol’s but because their bra selections were so organized and clean, I had no choice but to give up. I was about to go to Macy’s and pay more for what I was looking for…
Then I remembered Maidenform… organized. clean. orderly. barely any customers every time I walk by. I headed back towards that direction and saw exactly what I was looking for. Yes, I wear Wonder Bra. I love the extra boost it gives me. there was a special/​sale but I only needed one so I proceeded w/​a black strapless Wonder Bra. it cost me about $ 20, less than what I would have paid at Khol’s so my next bra purchase will be made here unless otherwise noted.

My fiancé loves shopping here, the place went through a management change in late 2009 — and the current staff apparently seems far more knowledgeable. the manager here is extremely helpful and quick to respond as well. besides. you cant beat their prices! regardless if this location is small or not, they have amazing prices and quality products. my fiancé raves about it… and probably spends far too much money there, but she claims its worth it.

Horrible service. The manager Linda treated me like a shoplifter when I had no intentions of stealing. Long story short, I felt discriminated against. Don’t expect warm service.

Agree with last reviewer – small, dark, cramped – and horrible customer service. I went to return a bra that I bought at the Gilroy store because the underwire was poking my sides.
My bf was returning it for me because I had to pick up some paperwork nearby and was strapped for time. They needed to see my license to process the return, which is completely understandable, but when I got there five minutes later, a woman (?) resembling Ursula from the Little Mermaid met me with a «Ugh, she’s FINALLY here.»
Then she went on to rudely tell me «YOU PUT THIS IN THE DRYER, DIDN’T YOU?»
«No, I didn’t. I’ve never even washed it, only wore it once»
«Whatever. You put this in the dryer.»
No puta. I didn’t. I wore it for about two hours and had to take it off because it was killing me. It’s been less than 30 days, I have the receipt, and the lady at the Gilroy store said I could return it. So give me my money and have fun managing ~Maidenform~ and stealing peoples voices.

Very decent prices at this store. They seem to have more merchandise then they have space, but it’s all good — the more the merrier. This is a good place to find body shaping underwear at a decent price. Most run under $ 30. I also liked some of the nighties and PJ sets — cute and affordable.

Unlike the awesome Leggs Bali, et al outlet at the same mall, the Maidenform outlet is small, dark, cramped, and always has lines for no reason. Their selection isn’t nearly as good either.
The only upside — double stick tape for your boobs!

Nighties, bras and panties, where you can take your mom shopping and not be embarassed to shop in the same store. They have grannie stuff but also cute things too and decent prices.
