A friendly mom and pop shop in Milpitas. I’ve been coming here for years and I’ve never had any problems with my clothes. I come here about once a month to get my clothes dry clean and the owner always go above and beyond for her customers.
I would highly recommend for you guys to stop by here if you guys need any alteration or dry cleaning services!

I needed a pair of jeans hemmed late Saturday. I dropped them off at 12:30 & was ready by 2pm. Perfect & professional hem at $ 10. I compared prices at other places & it seems that this is the going rate & other places wouldn’t have them ready until Monday. Very nice lady (she’s a sweetheart), fast service on dry cleaning as well. I’ll be back for sure!

I ONLY take my clothes to this shop. The owner is so sweet and is always willing to go above and beyond to make me satisfied with my clothes. Last week, I brought in a couple of things that needed to be hemmed and she did an AMAZING job. One of the flannels I had boughten previously was way too long and she hemmed it to just the right length and made the stitching on the bottom exactly how it was when I bought it. I also brought in 2 dresses that had pretty complex backs and I asked her to make the dresses tighter by altering the back. It was a pretty hard task and I wasn’t even sure if it was possible to fix, but low and behold she did it! A+ for customer service!!!
Not only does she do alterations, but you can also take your clothes in to get dry cleaned. My mom comes here at least once a month to get her work clothes dry cleaned and she has never had any complaints. All the prices are super affordable! This place is definitely worth the time and money! GO HERE YOU WON’T REGRET IT!

This place is the most reliable and affordable with quality service cleaners place in town. My family and I have been going here for years. The owner is approachable, diligent, and genuine. She always make sure that I am satisfied and accommodates my picky requests for my clothes. She is the only person I trust with my jeans and dresses. I highly recommend this place to everyone.

After years of going to my regular cleaners, ive been contemplating about going elsewhere. The work she used to do seems to have diminished.
Lucky for me, my nephew is always raving about this place so i decided to finally try it out.
Kind of a small complex but business traffic wasn’t too much of an issue, we were able to find parking quite easily.
we walked in and were immediately acknowledged by a petite little asian woman who had the biggest smile. first impressions go a long way!
not too sure how the clothes will come out… but so far so good.

Michael’s Cleaners is our favorite neighborhood dry cleaner. They are super efficient, timely and law enforcement friendly always giving superior care to our uniforms at a moderate price. Go Michael’s!

I’ve been taking my clothes to Michael’s Cleaners (Milpitas) for several years now and have never been disappointed. They are also pleasant and service is Excellent. They are helpful with unknown stains and always manage to get it out and cleaned. They offer good prices, they are fast/​reliable and they are more than happy to help out if you need a rush job. They are also very helpful with my mom’s clothing too. I think they are great and won’t go anywhere else! I depend on them now. Their hours are also great: 7:00-AM to 7:00PM…so I don’t have to rush home from work to get there and I can drop stuff off on my way to work.

I love Michael’s Cleaners! I’ve been taking my drycleaning and hsband’s shirts there for over 10 years. Mai and her staff take extra care to keep my white’s white and clothing well cared for. The staff is professional and friendly. They will even rush an order if you have a BIG event to go to. You can trust Michael’s Cleaners to go the extra mile for you and provide lots of TLC. Michael’s Cleaners is the only cleaners I would take my clothes to. Try them, you won’t be disappointed.

I asked the lady that works there if she can properly dry clean my coach purse and she stated «yes». So I allowed her to dry clean my pastel purse, wallet and coin purse. When I picked them up a couple days later they were ruined. It was if there was some type of bleach or peroxide used because it was faded in the areas that were cleaned and not in the areas they missed. I was so upset about this but the lady I spoke to was not there. This lady cost me over $ 800. Would not reccommend this place to anyone!

Michael’s Cleaners provide dry cleaning, drapery cleaning, and laundry services. They provide same day service with no extra cost. I come here about every 2 – 3 weeks to get my parents clothes dry clean. They do a great service of getting it done and we get 50% discount too. I also notice they dry clean a lot of the Milpitas police officer uniforms and the Milpitas High School NROTC uniforms as well.

Decent prices and excellent service.
The lady at the counter (I’ve gone here more than 3 times and I can’t believe I forgot her name) is so honest, chatty, and reliable.
So far, I’ve brought in more than 10 pairs of pants (jeans and slacks) and she always gives me her honest opinion, especially when they should be original hem or not. I love that. But, she isn’t pushy at all.
She is also extremely, almost ridiculously, patient while you stand there and stare in the mirror at your legs deciding how much you want to hem.
I have these jeans that I told them to hem and they came out wayyy shorter than I would have liked. But it was totally my fault because I told her to hem that much. I’m going to see if they can reattach it somehow. I’ll let you guys know!
