Beware! of your deposit… Management is the thief… No where I heard that anyone will charge $ 450 to clean 800q ft 2 bedroom apartment. I have stayed there for 3 years. My assumption was that if you long timers, then you will be less charged when you leave, unless if there is a physical damage… I would recommend to beg instead looting or cheating people… PROS: Location of the apartment. CONS: Office hours 9:30 to 5:30, in which most of the time no one will be in office. Saturday and Sunday will be holidays. For any urgent repair, you need to wait till monday. Apartement is not clean. Swimming pool, won’t be clean always. Mailbox area is mess… Most of the time main door won’t work.

Having lived in this apartment complex for 2 years, here’s what I can say: PROS: * Great parking. especially near to a lot of places. For 2 years, I have never need to worry about parking spots when I need to go to the mall, Home Depot, or the theatres. * Location is awesome. See above, plus it’s near 237 and 880, and 101 freeways. * Apartment Manager — Dmitri. He always helps us and is quick to follow up when needed. I don’t think we ever had an incident where it was unresolved. * Apartment complex is clean, and thanks to ever reliable Juan, he keeps it that way. The BBQ grill alone is spotless. * Heated pool. Well, it’s heated until 8P, after that it gets icy. Who would swim past 8p or 9p anway? * They have a simple workout center at the first floor. Granted, it only consists of 4 machines, there’s enough space to do a variety of workout routines. * It’s always warm inside our apartment. Regardless of how cold or hot it gets outside, we never got too chilly or hot once inside. They have some great heating system going on. They also installed recently some cameras for security, which is always a HUGE plus. CONS. or more of issues we had with other residents. * We lived at the top floor. and some of the residents either can’t smell what their cooking or just plain inconsiderate. Either way, they are the main cause of sometimes having a rotten smell in our entire floor to the point that windows have to be opened. Kinda embarrassing as well to visitors, who would comment«Is there shit somewhere?» or «Did someone just die?». I know Juan and Dmitri are doing their best, but it would be better if they track that foul resident and cite them. * Some of the male residents(4 by my count) for some reason love talking on their phones in the middle of the hallway. at the middle of the night. For crying out loud people, if people complained for a one-time incident about loud banging(‘was installing some IKEA shelves), then I will complain about residents’ noises on the phone at the middle of the night every night. If you need to talk, do it discretely because I already know your life story. * In the fitness center, it’s a first come first serve basis. If someone is using it, learn to wait. Don’t be throwing tantrums that you can’t use it(besides, working out while on the phone?) or don’t even know how to use it. That said. the cons I have stated above doesn’t affect in anyway my overall experience and rating with Parc West Apts. The complex and its 2-man staff are one, if not the cheapest, reliable, and nicest places to live around in Milpitas.

I called this place like 10 times within 3 days and no one there to pick up or return my phone calls. I decided to go to the leasing office and no one was there neither!

I lived at ParcWest for a little over 2 years. Management/maintenance were both great… prompt. Only downside, although it was a newer building, everything inside was cheap; cabinets, fridge, etc. Things tended to fall apart, but the neighborhood was good, decent space, enjoyed the workout room when I couldn’t get to the gym.
