PLEASE Check online the prices of things prior to purchasing ANYTHING from this store. Was told a 3 year old cologne was the latest and greatest thing, in addition to getting a SUPER deal from the owner himself who was present. He definitely didn’t have a problem charging me $ 150 for 2 colognes that combined, both the very same size could be purchased on Amazon for $ 40 shipped!
He gave me his personal email and cellphone number but it’s all for show, never answered my emails or my calls when I called him on this all! NEVER AGAIN AND BUYERS BE WARNED! Do your homework before purchasing anything from there.

I do NOT recommend this store. First of all they don’t take returns. Secondly the price almost double (even after discount) than other places (or online). I also found that staff is rude.

Not bad pricing for perfumes. Took me a while to decide and the girl helping me was patient. Looking for Estee Lauder for mom and Gucci for me. Took about $ 20 off my purchases, tax included. Will look at this place again.

Update: I guess the word does go around and bad reviews about this place are finally causing it to close down. Just saw a billboard outside the store that said ‘Store Closing’.

This is not a good store. They are very very pricey and sold an EDT guided as EDP to me. You cannot trust these people for anything. They will lie to you to make their sale. Very bad experience.
They have a NO return policy, which means they just want to sucker out money from you. 100% DO NOT SHOP HERE.
Macys has better collection. Whatever happened to support local businesses :-x

Epic scam! Rip off! Overboard cheaters! The guy who claims he’s the manager is the rudest guy I’ve ever seen in my whole life! They marked all their products above the regular price so that they will give u a 40 or 50% off but still if you’re gonna check online price or even at Macy’s it’s way cheaper.
No return policy only exchange… If u exchange it the 2^nd time he will give u the hardest time of your entire life!
They’re nice if you’re a prospect victim… but if you try to exchange… that will be the start that the thrue color will come out.
The Guy who claimed he’s the manager… he will try to convince you to excahnge it in a later time, will tell you that they’re gonna have an upcoming sale… but the truth is he is trying to get you tired of coming back… but if you come back during the time that they have the «alleged» sale… he will tell you, reculously high prices… like everything i asked, is $ 95.00 and above… i asked for the D&G Blue the small one 1.3 fl.oz. he told me it’s $ 100.00, the J’dore same size is $ 120.00, i asked him, «you guys are more expensive than Macy’s» and i got the shocking answer of my life…“of course, yes we are more expensive than Macy’s because you are just excahnging…” WFT!!! wow… this guy is the rudest guy i ever encountered. I don’t wanna waste my time with this guy, i said to myself… for 43.00 i spent… i really wanted to go further with this issue but, i really don’t have much time, this is the only way i guess, that i can do. to share my bad experience and to let a lot of people to not waste their money and time on this store.
I wish they shut down so they can’t scam people anymore!

DONT PURCHASE PERFUMES OR COLOGNES HERE. COUNTERFEIT.
I purchased a Flowerbomb for $ 95. I was thinking. this is too good of a deal. This perfume in retail is usually $ 150 (sephora, macys, nordstrom). In the box, I found the code cut off with a razor and superglued on the side. Viktor & Rolf would not go through all the trouble to do such thing. I left the store for 5 minutes and opened the box and I was so angry! Went back and demanded for a refund, Product has been tampered with and they said no. My boyfriend lawyered the guy, saying we would bring this to a small claim court. This product was tampered and could be a counterfeit. It’s illegal to sell a counterfeit or was false advertisement (thinking the perfume was real.) The sales guy was so stubborn but we were more stubborn! So eventually he called his boss and gave me my full refund. Store credit or exchanges? Hell no. Other products are probably fake as well.

Over priced. The lady introduced me to several perfume sprays, smells good, but I can get the same product for almost half the price online. To be exact, the bottle was priced $ 139.95, it was black friday sale for $ 39, but I can get the same thing online for under $ 25 include shipping and tax.
