Subway

Most of the time the place is clean and that’s how it should since it’s a fast food chain. The lady who helped me out recommend that I order the meal instead of getting just ordering a 6″ sandwich and a fountain drink. I was not in the mood of getting the chips but since it’s only 5 cents more then hey why not!!! I know I could have ordered a foot long, but I wasn’t as hungry as I thought. Anyways, it was nice of her to substitute my order to save «some» money because I know not a lot of them would do that. Some don’t take the time of what she did because it’s not like they care.

Horrible customer service, I walked in to buy a water bottle and I was literally standing there for 5min (I’m not exaggerating) there was two girls standing there not even doing anything they just kept on walking to their back storage area for no reason obviously seen me standing there and didn’t even bother to help me untiI I said something, then came over and helped me with an attitude, not cool.

I ate here cause it was close to my house. The sandwich was ok just the normal subways but the cookies here was horrible. And when i was about to togo my 6 inches. I was going to ask for the sheet of paper to wrap it myself because i order a footlong and wasnt able to finish. No one was at the cashier. So i walked up took a paper and left.

It was my first time coming to this location with my dad and sister. I totally forgot there was even a Subway in this plaza.
This place was clean and the girl that helped me out was generous with the portions of my sandwich. You know, there are some Subway workers that make your sandwich really shitty… and the girl that made mine was perfect. There was no spill-​age when I ate it and it was just all intact.

You all know how a Subway works: You come in, pick a sandwich, bread, cheese, condiments, the works.
Some stickers that display the options for selections on the glass were gone, the bathroom here was out of order, and my sandwich was poorly made. Sorry, but my experiences in other Subways have been better. 2 stars because I was offered a cookie.

I come here regularly. Dining room is always clean, service is good. They’ve got a nice setup behind the counter, much nicer than most subways, it seems like it’s temperature controlled, which keeps most of the veggies fresh.
Overall my favorite subway in the area.

I appreciate this Subway in the midst of all the Asian stores and restaurants because they have a cover over all their meats and veggies! I love how it’s not just sitting out there, waiting to be contaminated and the workers here are quick and efficient!

its a sandwich…

Food is consistent here with the majority of Subways. The only thing I would suggest is maybe working on the customer service of the staff. Even just teaching them how to smile when a customer walks in wuld be a marked improvement. The usual «Welcome to Subway» will mean a lot more when said with a smile

I’ve always thought that every Subway restaurant operates the same way but this one happens to be Sub (par)way. Giving them a star is considering generous for their food, and service. My sandwich was soaked in vinegar when I got home. (second time already from this place). Sigh.
Not sure why the lady gave me a strange look when I claimed my free cookie (with a receipt survey). Oh well. I guess I can’t expect top-​notch quality service when they only earn $ 9/​hr wage.

One of the best Subway Restaurants I’ve visited. Food was fresh and tasty. Dining area was ultra-​clean and well kept. Staff was very friendly. Bathroom was immaculate.

Eat fresh! This subway is rarely ever busy. I’ve tried almost everything on the menu minus any beef items.

The service here is a hit or miss. Mostly hit, but when it’s a miss, it truly is. One of the employee’s here is completely bleh! She always messes up our (myself and my coworkers) orders! I don’t understand how –_​_​_​_​–
Today I ordered two sandwiches. I should have known that when she approached and asked what I wanted that I would have to watch her like a hawk. She has terrible listening skills. When she asked me what vegetables I would like on one of the sandwiches, I said tomatoes and spinach. She placed her hand in the lettuce and began to add it onto the sandwich. I proceeded to stare at her blankly to which of course she did not notice… I had to state loudly «TOMATOES not lettuce!» And it continued to occur up til payment. Especially when she asked «for here or to go?» I said «to go» and she said «ok for here» to the cashier. 0_​_​_​_​o the WORSE ever!
I should have gotten her name. If I see her again I will definitely take note of it. But the rest of the employees are friendly and efficient, plus your sandwich doesn’t come out all messy!
Minus 1 star for the one employee.

«Been here a few times and quality is fine, compares to most other subways.
My problem is that they over charge. The last 3 times I’ve been after 5pm and they charge regular price and NOT the promo ($ 5 for regular footling). Twice i looked at the total and had to ask about it, and this past time it was after the fact and they had to refund /​re-​ring me up. Beware and check your total prices if buying items on promotion.

During lunch time, tina does a great job making sandwiches

This has yet to be one of the worst sub sandwiches I have tried. Don’t get me wrong, I love the great mall subways. I love how at this place when they accidentally rip your bread they continue on making it. I love how they stack my sandwiches on top of each other when moving it to the oven (lazy). I also love how i only got 4 olives on each footlong. I think this location should rename themselves to «unsanitary skimpway».

Awesome service and staff. My parents own a care home and often make large orders here. I have done these orders and pick ups a handful of times. They are fast, kind to do all of my special requests, and they even keep around a extra box for us to take the sandwiches, drinks, chips, etc out neatly and safely. Plus they have healthy options.

Subway is my go-​to spot for healthy sandwiches. This location has been open a few months, but this was my first visit to this new Subway.
The store was clean and orderly and the staff was helpful and friendly. I appreciated the counter system in the sandwich assembly area, something I haven’t seen at other locations. There’s a clear cover (that magnetically stays closed or opened) that they keep over the sandwich meats and veggies, keeping them cool and fresh until your sandwich is made. Sandwich was assembled with care, and ingredients were fresh. The sandwich was yummy and I was satisfied.
Note: They have an offer at the bottom of the receipt for a free cookie if you take a quick online survey. You can take the survey on your smart phone, wait for the coupon in your email, and redeem for a free cookie after you enjoy your sandwich.
Lots of parking available in the lot. Convenient location, right off the freeway.

Tried this place and it was below average for a Subway. You would think it would be awesome since it just opened.
Here is the list of infractions:
1) It is brand new so it looks clean however the dining area was a mess. Crumbs and lettuce on the floor all over. Mind you we were the only ones eating there so why so dirty? My shoes still have lettuce stuck to them.
2) STINGY with napkins. We got ONE napkin with each sandwich we bought and when we asked for more, we got ONE more each. WTF. This really got me P’ed off. I am fricken eating a pulled pork sandwich that has bbq sauce. I NEED more than one napkin.
3) My Pulled Pork Sandwich looks nothing like the photo, we’re supposed to have a lot of pork but all you get is a small portion that is less than a McRib meat shape patty. It also had a mushy texture, like someone chewed the pulled pork to a softer consistency and then put it in my sandwich. Pulled pork should have more texture, not a soft mess. So thumbs down to the sandwich.
4) Restrooms had a pool of water on the ground and had no paper towels. I, like most people, like to wash my hands before holding a sandwich to eat. Unfortunately they only have a hand dryer. Who installs a hand dryer only these days? Don’t they know they spread germs?
I had to wash my hands and do some ninja style foot action to open the door without touching it. This problem was compounded when I realized I only had one napkin so I had to decide if I should dry my hands or save it for my face.
BOTTOM LINE:
You can deduce from all these problems only one thing: the owner is a cheap bastard. Trying to skimp everywhere and it shows. I ain’t blind, I see your cheapness.
You would think they want to give off a better presence since they are trying to challenge the TOGOs across the street.

This location recently opened down the street from our place and is located in the Seasons Plaza. Instead of going to the location across from Arco/​AMPM gas station on Capital I decided to try this location.
The store is super clean, staff is friendly and sandwich was yummy. They didn’t skimp on the sandwich. We will be back :)
