excellent customer service, i highly recommend to see Tony Nguyen for all your tmobile signup needs. i am new to tmobile. there are lots of terms and condition that is unknown to me. he was very patient and through to explain me all the details. i feel he can definitely aide you with a very smooth transition. DONOT go the to other tmobile store that is located near the theater entrance. They always have no time for you.

I knew I was going to need a new phone soon but could not decide between the iPhone 6S and the 6S+. I was Christmas shopping and didn’t even think about getting a new phone that day, when an associate named Tony called me over to the t mobile kiosk. He was super patient with me even though I continued to be indecisive about the phone, answering all my questions and even letting me compare to his 6S+. He also looked at my plan and was able to switch me to an even better one with more data! I ended up choosing the iPhone 6S+ and walked away with a new phone and a super cute case at first but after two weeks realized it was too big. I was luckily enough to come back when Tony was still working again, and he remembered me and took care of me right away. He set me up with a new 6S and even introduced me to pop sockets!

I came to purchase an internet hotspot service in this location and Chris C(store manager) gave me a deal for a 2 months hotspot service free once the hotspot is activated. He gave me his business card with his cellphone number on it and and he wrote a 2 months of hotspot service free with his signature and dated it for me as well. Looks like this guy is really HONEST about this deal. First month of service, i called him and told him that i got charged for the hotspot, he fixed it in the system right away. 2nd month of service, i got charged again with the hotspot service that he promised, i called him in their store and he said he will fix it in the system, i waited for few days and he didn’t do anything about it, called him again but this time in his cellphone and he said he will call me back but he didn’t call back. I ended up paying them the hotspot which is supposed to be free, the following month i called him again and he said he will fix it again in the system but he didn’t again, called him again in their store and they said he is on vacation but they will inform him, its been 3 months and nothing is done yet. At least be honest, If you don’t want to give me the free hotspot at least tell me. Its so sad that he is a store manager and this is how he deals with customer.

I came to this location to take a look at some phones and new plans. The people who worked there where kind and very knowledgeable. I had Sprint and I hated there service and with the help of Jose Soliz and his Manager I have a new home and that’s with T-Mobile. Thanks to these guys I highly recommend this location and I will bring more business here.
