Oh Froyo, why do you have to be such a stalker and be everywhere in my life! Let’s face it, when you think of froyo you think os Yogurtland and possibly other smaller places nearby. I tend to support mom and pop places because thats how it should be but That’s yogurt is a bit meh. When yogurt land is literally down the street, you would assume that a froyo place would have: 1. better décor 2. better service 3. better quality yogurt No sirs, we don’t get any of that at That’s yogurt. Instead, you get a bunch of overpriced icy yogurt that melts rather quickly. I guess if you’re a fan of shaved ice like treats, you’ll be fine with this place BUT i think the vast majority of us froyo cult members enjoy a creamy consistency. Owner man please make it more creamy! creaminess ALWAYS wins: D The décor is just meh but I won’t even get to that! :)

This place is pretty good: reasonable prices, lots of flavors, lots of toppings, self-serve, etc. I just feel the froyo is a little more ice-y than other places, and I prefer it to be more milk-based and creamy. The décor is NOT cute and modern. I repeat, NOTCUTEANDMODERN. I like the fact that there’s wifi, and I would contemplate going here to chill with my laptop and get things done but there are children’s toys and EXTREMELY bright colors(and I like bright colors, but this is too much for me) — this is clearly a 4-yr-old’s room. Yeah… that’s why I get my froyo and try to leave as soon as I can.

Average froyo with decent selection of flavors and toppings, but nothing really outstanding.; Location is slightly sketchy and prices are on the high side. I was complimenting Kathleen M. on her review of this place and said: «I’ve been here twice but oddly never felt compelled to write a review. It was so…3 stars.» Then I realized I had written my review after all.

That’s Delicious! I was all set to slam this place. My two word review was going to be: «That’s crappy.» Boy, was I wrong. This is a new web 2.0 type yogurt place, and in keeping with this the décor was all bright green, tiny glass tiles and plastic curved furniture. That’s fine, they did a nice job. Let’s get to the froyo: In one word, YUMMY. I was pleasantly surprised. There are three ATMs as you walk in the door and cute instructions on the wall. Most people probably don’t need the instructions but I liked them, they added charm and were unique. That’s part of what I’m looking for when I visit a yogurt shop. Two flavors per ATM bank, giving you six choices. A gal came out promptly and asked if this was our first visit. Yes it was! She explained how it worked — they charge by weight — and asked if we’d like samples. She came around with sample cups. I was still expecting to dislike their yogurt at this point, so when I asked for a taster of chocolate I exclaimed, «MMMMM! This is good!» :D Well of course it’s good. That’s yogurt! We tried strawberry and mango. Both knocked me out: flavorful, no gross aftertaste like at Yogurland, and no weird icy texture. Can it be? A new-age yogurt place with yogurt that actually stands on its own without toppings? This is it. The small is rather a large cup, I guess to give you room for toppings, so I split it with my pal. We put in mango and strawberry. The other two flavors they had that day were pineapple and original. I didn’t have the tasters but I wish I had. I bet they were delicious as well. I looked over the toppings and went for my tried and true rainbow sprinkles, four big scoops like they give you at Yogurt Park. 7.6 oz. @ .39/oz = 2.97 + Tax: $ 3.24 The place was totally empty though, and this was at 11:30 on a Saturday. Where are all the people?! This is delicious yogurt and nobody’s home. We entered an empty shop, and we left an empty shop. At one point, someone entered — excitement! another customer! — but it turned out he was the owner/employee, because he went around the counter and started tending the yogurt machines from the back. I don’t mind eating in an empty shop(in fact, I kind of like it: it’s like your own private froyo shop), however I do fear for the financial health of That’s Yogurt. Other points I liked: – Clean bathroom(my partner joked, «Because it’s hardly used.») – Play thingie(those wooden painted play sets) for kiddies to keep them happy. – Plenty of seating, and flat screen TVs. Although nothing was playing and that was fine with me. It came to $ 3.24, so it was a bit pricey. Katie served me, she was very nice and told me about their loyalty card, stamping it once for my purchase. Basically, you buy nine yogurts, at least 5 oz. each, and you get the tenth one free(up to 10 ounces — a very generous deal, in my opinion, given you can buy 5 oz. yogurts to get your stamps). As if that weren’t enough, Katie goes on to tell me that Wednesdays are 20% off.(There’s a sign out front that promotes this, I hadn’t noticed this entering because I was so excited to try a new yogurt place. :D) I can’t believe people aren’t raving about That’s Yogurt. That’s Criminal.

Pretty solid yogurt. They had tons of kinks when they first opened and now it seems to be on pretty good footing. The original tart had enough tartness to it, combined with a great texture. They also had passion fruit! YUM! The passion fruit like the lychee and mango were on the sweeter side… It could be even tarter. The strawberry was disgustingly sweet. They could definitely use more toppings and the décor is strange. It shares an open ceiling with the neighboring electronics store. Management’s doing a great job with the staff. While we were there, this teenage girl finished chopping kiwi and was about to dump it into the container and the manager told her to wash out the container, dump out the existing kiwi and then put the freshly cut fruit back in. Fairly sanitary, not a fan of the layout since it looks like they have plenty of room in the back and sides. They need to work on consistency and more toppings!!!

There’s a lot of things to like about this place. Four cup sizes(large, small, tall plastic cup, large plastic cup), yogurt with great consistency, wi-fi, TVs, 4 different types of jellies, bathrooms, pillows, and plenty of seating. The original tart wasn’t as tart as I would have hoped, but the lychee and mango were very good(The other 3 flavors were strawberry, blueberry, and chocolate). 39 cents an oz is acceptable. But there’s one thing that knocks an entire star off of this place: the mochi. Hard and flavorless. Akin to chewing gum that you’ve been working on for a while. Yuck! Skip the mochi here(bring your own? haha) and you’ll be alright. Summary: 4⁄5 stars +Good consistency +4 cup sizes +Seems like a great place to chill(food, entertainment, and bathrooms!) –The mochi was terrible
