Met Chris at the Hyatt trade show today. Not only was he just a straight shooter about what his biz does and has to offer but he seems to really love his job. In an age where so many services are big box and you often cannot even get a service rep on the phone it is refreshing to see a business that has a far reach while also that personal touch. Can’t beat the human element of services — Universal seems to really understand that and the importance of relationships.
