There eye exam department was on point. I was a walk in and they saw me right away. The doctor and receptionist were friendly and answered my questions right away. The exam was quick but thorough.

Just when I thought this place couldn’t get any worse, it surprised me and got more crappy. Shopped around 11pm to midnight. I’m not from around here, but I have frequented this Walmart several times, even when they were remodeling. I haven’t been here since the«remodel» until last night. This store is a freaking mess. The aisles are crowded with huge plastic wrapped palettes of product. It was a retail war zone. My sister said they restock at night, but this looked beyond restocking. It looked like a 9.0 quake hit the store. There were only a few cashiers working, and since it was Easter weekend, the lines and wait time were extra long. The cashiers worked with no sense of urgency to get people on their way out.

I got my exam today and I felt like the workers at the vision center were kind and nice compared to the Walmart on story Dr. Moos gave me my eye exam and she was really sweet! When it came time to pick and pay for the glasses the older man helping me was very kind and helpful. I rather come all the way over here then settle with the Walmart on story any day!!!((:

I honestly hate leaving bad reviews but this Walmart has given me a very bad experience. This is for the electronics department. I’ve gone here to purchase stuff before and the only good service I ever got from this department was from a tall long-haired gentleman. But this review isn’t about him. An older man was«helping» me today and he was just a straight asshole. At first I asked if they priced match and he just told me no. When I was ready to grab what I was getting from the cage, I asked him for assistance and ask if he could possibly call for someone else to help me with getting the item since he seemed a bit busy and he straight up just yelled at me. And right there, I was done.

I normally don’t write reviews when they are to say bad things about others, but seriously, I did not like their costumer service. — They don’t give any info and don’t explain things clearly. Dr. Angela and her assistant did not help at all. I had to ask them many times for them to explain everything I needed to know. Hope they could have been more helpful.

The update in my rating from 4 to 2 stars is not because I did not end up with a pair of Rx sunglasses in the end. Though their prices and selection are both good, I found the service to be sub-standard. As I said before, the frames in their men’s ‘sunglasses’ section are a variety of wrap-around and metal frames. Some of their frames are quite good. They’re usually labeled with a tag saying if you can put prescription lenses in them or not, and if so, up to what strength prescription. Very simple, good system. Although my prescription on paper should have been okay for the frames I chose, the multiple times I went in to ask questions and pick out frames, etc, and even when I eventually bought them, I was not told by the associates that my prescription is far less than ideal for the frames. When the glasses came in(6 days instead of their 7 – 10 window, which was nice), I immediately noticed they looked, and felt very different than the ones I had tried on. The thickness of my Rx lenses had bowed the frames out to where they fit completely differently than the sample frames. The lenses and prescription were fine, but the change to the frames made them unwearable, unfortunately — so much so that I could look down and the glasses would fall off. I tried them for a day or two then returned them. I was told I have 60 days to exchange them, and the frames have a 1 year warranty, but I was displeased by the fact that nobody had the foresight to see what problem I would have, or, if they did know, that nobody told me. So, I can only conclude that the service there is either inexperienced or deceptive. I’m not a fan of giving my money to a business plagued by either. If that wasn’t enough, the manager MUST approve all returns, but he’s only there 9 – 5 during the weekdays, so I couldn’t even return the glasses on the spot. It’s bad enough it didn’t work out and I had to return the glasses, but I really get frustrated with places that make it more difficult for you to do so. I had to call the manager the next day, get an okay after explaining why I didn’t want them anymore, then make yet another trip to drop them off. Bottom line — if you know what you want and are trying to find the same kind of glasses you currently have, and therefore have something physical for them to see and compare it to, then this might be a good place for you. If not, I simply don’t know if I’d trust their employees with anything new. At least you have that 60 day period to return them with no penalty.
