I wanted to compliment whomever is responsible for the beautiful hanging ferns, the beautiful flag, table set, and the gorgeous green pots of spring flowers that are now part of the front office area. I was recently driving thru this area and wow, what a great change, it Has created such a welcoming atmosphere, congrats! To the management responsible for this nice look. I’m sure your tenants enjoy it. I realize these are low income apts., but doesn’t mean it can’t be a well maintained and beautiful place for people to live. So glad to see someone finally take some initiative and brighten this place up. Well done manager!!! Passerby

Conveniently located near everything, and used to be a great place to live, at a reasonable rate. Used to be quiet, clean, and well maintained. Unfortunately however, this place has quickly gone down hill over the last few years. New owners and management are not properly maintaining the property, and tenants are running a muck. And to top it off, rent has increased to an amount that no longer makes it competitively priced. No washer/dryer connections in the units, so you have to use the on-site laundry facility which is not being cleaned regularly, and sometimes is down right disgusting. Lawn maintenance is often poorly neglected. And glass beer bottles, lots of trash, and other debris, litter the property. It’s awful. Also, the mailboxes have been broken for over half a year now(since October 2014) and still have not been repaired yet as of today(3÷30÷2015), and present a hazard for children and those in wheel chairs. Several(more like TONS of) large potholes on the property are sure to damage your vehicle if you’re not cautious. And some of the potholes are so large that there is no avoiding them. The«park»(or «playground» area) in the back is also poorly maintained(really not maintained at all) and only has one working swing left(the rest have been broken for years), and a basketball hoop. Not really much of a «park» at all. In addition to no W/D connections in the units, there are also no dish washers, no garbage disposals, and no ice makers in the units, either. And of course, no swimming pool(s). This is a no frills type place, just basic units with no amenities; which used to be fine when the place was maintained and the price was right, but now it’s just not worth it. Potential tenants used to have to go through a background check prior to approval for move-in, but now it seems like they let anyone move in here; including lots of «illegal residents» that are not on the lease and continue to disturb the peace. In addition, no one is enforcing the pet agreement(s), and careless pet owning tenants are allowing their pets to run loose and poop everywhere without picking it up. The only good thing I can say about this place is that it offers plenty of storage space, both inside & out of the units. Lots of closets, shelf space, cabinets, and an outside storage room for each unit. And is still centrally located in a decent area, near great schools. Again, this USED to be a nice place to live. The property USED to be well maintained, and kept clean, BUTNOTANYMORE. :-(These apartments are in serious need of some TLC! If/when things change, I’ll update, and/or edit, this post. **Note: There are 3 properties located at this address: Country Village, Andora Villas, and Deer Run Villa/Apts. And they are currently owned by TWO different owners, and ran by TWO different management companies/landlords. One guy owns Country Village & Andora Villas, and another man owns Deer Run Apartments.
