I’ve tried and tried to like Firehouse Subs. I have. About twice a year, I forget I don’t like their food and want something a bit different and give it another go around. The meat is always too sweet for my taste. Tried them again today and even with three people listening to my order being taken they couldn’t even get it on the right type of bread. I’ll probably be back in another six months when I forget I don’t like their food, though.

Four guys behind the counter, 2:15 on Sunday afternoon. Took 10 minutes to get sandwich and no one in store. Which which a much better alternative. SLOW!

Firehouse has the best food. I recommend the club on a sub. They can be busy during lunch on weekdays so allow a few extra minutes for time or you can order online like I do.

Had lunch here today with my work best friend. This was my first time here. Yeah I know, where’ve I been right? Well, I had the turkey ranch something with no bacon (not a swine eater, eeeew yuck) and everything about my sub was delicious. There is a worker there by the name of Miss Kelly and she is absolutely the best, she was hilarious and very helpful. If you want your sub made right ask for her to do it. Overall, I can’t wait to return so yes I’d go again.

Today was my birthday and all I needed was my driver’s license to get a free medium sub. Although the drink and chips were extra, the sandwich was very good. I got the #7, Steak and cheese. The quality was very good and the flavor was also nice. This was the perfect choice for the last meal of the year!

[TL;DR] good sandwiches, especially for a chain. impeccably, friendly service — without fail.
Just a few things to point out that I like about this place:
First, your Unilocal check-​ins matter here. Score enough of them and you get $ 2 off a sub combo.
Second, this place is always clean — like nearly clinical. It’s weird. (That’s not a complaint.)
Third, the staff here is unbelievably friendly. Their courteous service from the moment the door opens to the moment I leave is not something you typically find in places where you don’t know the owner.
Fourth, their expanded offering now has reduced calorie stuff. I had the chicken salad sandwich recently. Really good.

I love their bbq brisket sandwich. Matter of fact, I have never had a bad meal at this location. The store is always clean, restroom too. There’s plenty of parking, the staff is courteous and friendly, and I can get in and get out with no hassles.

This is an all around good place. friendly staff, YUMMY FOOD!, and clean restaurant. We have been a few times (increasing frequency:)) and Ive ventured out to try a few new sammiches along the way. Ive yet to get one I wasn’t a fan of. Their meats are fresh and the bread is soft, the produce on the sandwiches always looks fresh as well. he regular is the perfect size with a bag of chips to fill you up, and they have the coke freestyle machine. The staff has always been really helpful and friendly, and I love the variety of hot sauces to tickle your tastebuds as well. They rate the scortch level on the bottom of the bottles, which i found out the fun way when my mouth was set ablaze by a 10+ :) just a drop will do ya ;)
