Terrible services and terrible staff. I am the owner of the laundromat, I call them to get the service of our water heater. After the person come to my store, they just check out the machine, they told me it just need to be clean. After that i ask him, is that come with any warranty after they repair. If they do not come with any warranty, I would not let him do it. But he told me it is 30 days. I fine for that. We pay almost $ 400 for that repair.
After 3 or 4 days, the water heater went down again with same problem, I call the company, they let the same person come in. He told me the same thing last time, it need to be clean. But we still need to pay the same money like last time. I told them it come with 30 days warranty. they told me it is not warranty for that, but they writer on the paper last time, 30 days warranty. I talk to the person here, he told me he just talk to the manger, the manger or the owner will call me back to talk about that. But they never call me back. I call the company many time, people answer the phone just told me they will call you in few hours. I wait for almost a month, i still did not get touch with the owner or manger.
