Didn’t like the muffin. 3⁄10. Worst $ 2.45 ever spent. Other than that was really good… not. Water cups too small. No Bueno

I like that they cater to my office building on Monday’s makes it a little better. They have great turkey sandwiches which are my favorite. My only complaint is the pickle that is wrapped in the sandwich smells and leaves a pickle taste on my sandwich, can totally due with out that.

Just came in to Panera for a really late lunch with my girls and ordered a turkey sandwich for my daughter. I asked for mustard and they said they no longer serve mustard because it goes against their«new healthy eating policy». WHAT?! BUT they offered us Gulden’s spicy mustard. Ummmm? I’m so confused. Also, how do you put nasty processed sandwich cheese on the same sandwich and say THAT passes the«new healthy eating policy»? Ridiculous.

Great food and service. The egg and bacon soufflé was a great breakfast, my wife got the turkey sausage sandwich. Our cashier Angela at 10a.m. was awesome. A very sweet woman who suggested the food for me as I had never been here before. I will come back not only for the food but because she was so warm and welcoming. If there was a way I would give her a raise. I ran restaurants and she is the type of person that is an asset to a restaurant.

I absolutely love this place. I had never been to a Panera Bread before I started working off of Windward. I tried it once and am now hooked. Their service and food quality is very consistent. I eat here at least 2 – 3 times a month. They have some strange things on their menu at times that I stay away from(what is an ancient grain salad???). The pick two is very convenient and for the area, a pretty good deal price-wise. I never eat in because they use real silverware and dishware and it freaks me out to think I’m going to trip and break a bowl of soup on the floor. If I’m in a hurry, I do the rapid pick up which is very convenient. You can order online, drive and pick your order up off a shelf near where you would pick up your order if you were eating in. I prefer this option because you get very detailed with your order on the website and add and remove ingredients. If I am not in a hurry, I go through the drive thru which can be ridiculously slow but I use the time to unwind and take a break from work. They have a rewards program which is pretty cool and you get a couple of bucks off of random things like a drink or pastry or a pick two. If you go through the drive thru you can enter the code online so you get the visit recorded. I haven’t had a bad sandwich there and their macaroni and cheese is delicious. Soup I stick with broccoli cheddar and french onion. I have tried their baked potato and clam chowder and wasn’t too overwhelmed. The salads are always fresh and are really yummy and a perfect portion. I wish they would offer a sweet option as a side, like a danish or cookie but it’s only bread type items, chips or an apple. All in all, it’s an awesome place for a quick, filling lunch.

I am in medica sales and use Paneras across the southeast for catering almost every single week. I will NO longer use them due to the unprofessional catering manager in the northern Atlanta area, Wes Hendrix. Not only did I NOT receive a callback with assistance for a delivery order website mistake but he waited until the DAYOF my meeting to email me that he was too busy! It was IMPOSSIBLE to book anyone else this late and IF he would’ve called me back the day I called him I would’ve been able to find another company. Instead I had to PAY to get on an earlier standby flight so I could pick it up — which was out of my way — and deliver it MYSELF! Though the managers Heather/Lenny did what they could do NOT use them for catering!

Given the number of visits, it is obvious that I like coming to this Panera Bread location. I like their sundry menu offerings. However, there are some shortcomings that keeps this review from being stellar. I have used the Rapid Pick-Up several times and most of the time, the order is accurate, but sometimes it is not. This is an account of my most recent experience using Rapid Pick-Up and the first time ordering using the Panera Bread app. I ordered using the Panera Bread app and paid using Apple Pay. The app worked as designed and I was able to make my selections. The disconnect occurred when the bakery item I ordered was not included. I informed an associate at the register, told her which item I ordered, which she verbally confirmed and I left. I trusted that I was given the correct item, but I was not. I returned the store later that day for the correct item. The accuracy of the order is important and there are signs at the pick-up location reminding about that. On another note, I refuse to use the drive-thru. For a place that does not operate at the speed of a typical fast food restaurant, using a drive-thru at this or any Panera Bread location does not seem worth the effort. That is my subjective, summary opinion. MyPanera: Besides earning rewards for visiting Panera Bread, sometimes rewards are given. For example a random $ 2-off salad or free coffee. Sometimes rewards are gained by watching videos on their website while since into MyPanera. Thus, despite the minor transgressions of the occasional inaccurate Rapid Pick-Up order, I plan to continue to visit Panera Bread.

The apple chicken salad is delicious! One negative is way too much dressing on the salad. Other than that no complaints. This panera specifically had a drive thru and is always slammed! They also have the best orange scone I have ever had!

You can never go wrong with Panera. The food is so fresh and good. I always get the bacon turkey bravo. It’s super yummy. The people that work here are very friendly. I visited this panera multiple times during my stay here in Atlanta. I Love Panera Bread!

Food is consistent. Although the staff seemed overwhelmed. Problems: My husband received someone’s else’s sandwich. Once he finally got his, he enjoyed the taste — chipotle chicken. No toilet paper in ladies room. Paper towel ran out. Women’s restroom not that clean. For me, the entire experience was not that great. I understand we were there at peak lunch hour — 1 pm on a Sunday — however, how well things run at your busiest time is a clear indication of the health and efficiency of the business. Today, showed they are struggling. We’ll likely be back.

Both times I have come here it’s been disgusting! The first time the employees were handling our bagels after touching the register with no gloves on. When I asked him to put gloves on the manager that was standing next to him looked at me like I was being crazy. The bathrooms are usually filthy and not stocked. Just gross

I don’t have a problem with the food here but the drive thru service is really slow, even when they’re not busy. It takes way too long to get things ready.

Love Panera Breads but not this location. Ordered a French Onion Soup in sour dough bread but there was no soup! Also, they forgot to my small chicken tortolini.

Love the food, but it is pricey for the amount of food you get. The servers at the drive through are really friendly at this location. I would have given 5 stars if it wasn’t so dang pricey or if the my panera card gave you more benefits or freebies than it does. My favorites are the Asian sesame chicken salad and the breakfast sandwiches. The macaroni and cheese is sooo good, but costs an arm and leg!

I stopped in for lunch today and paid $ 8.49 for the small Rigatoni and tomato sauce with a salad. This dish was very disappointing and not a good value at all. When I opened the container I was surprised at how little pasta they gave for the price. It was a total rip off and the salad was very small as well. If I wasn’t in such a hurry I would have brought it back.

Surprised at how amazingly efficient this restaurant is during a slammed rush hour. Note well: this place is absolutely packed during the lunch hour, but is super efficient at cranking out orders and the tables turn over about as fast as the food. Have enjoyed everything from the salads to sandwiches and soups here. Nothing special aside from other Paneras, but in the fast paced craze that is Windward during lunch you can count on getting in, eating, and getting back in time. Now if only they had a larger space… could easily be a remote work and meeting spot.

Coffee is good. Coffee is hot. Service was good and the lines they had were handled very fast and professional. I really enjoyed this location. Do not be scared away by the crowds, as this store can and does handle it well. Thank you Panera!
