This convenience store, gas station, food counter combination is not one you would select for a fine dining experience based on appearances. The surprise is that the grinders are great and a bargain. It’s also a good place to meet Larry’s other brother Darryl and his friends, if you’re so inclined. For those of you who haven’t kept in touch with the brothers, they can still be found in Vermont even though the Stratford Inn closed twenty years ago and reruns of Newhart are rarely seen.
