Delicious fish(or oysters sometimes!) and chips in a great little food truck. Just right. Stopped by with my father and was greeted pleasantly by the owner. Took about 6 minutes from order to piping hot meals — all made fresh. My dad got the special — oysters and chips — and I got a 3 piece fish. The food came in recyclable containers complete with house made tartar sauce and lemon. The food itself was perfect. Just greasy enough without being so much that it was disturbing. The fish was tender and flaky, but not fall-apart-in-your-hands(i.e. Just right). The chips were solid cuts and mildly seasoned. All in all, a perfect lunch. The truck is at 1203 Porter Way in Milton only on Tuesdays. They are elsewhere the rest of the week(not sure where). If you see them, don’t miss out!

At last — someone knows how to cook shrimp so all its tender juiciness comes out and flavor comes through. Fries are good, too, of course, as is the lemonade(also available in whatever the flavor of the day is). This is a place I will come back to and try everything on the menu.
