Great shop. Prompt, courteous service. Fair prices. I have had the pleasure of buying several bicycles from Mark over the years. Truly Spokin’ is a Giant dealer and I could not ask for a better manufacturer. I have had to have my carbon road bike frame warranted (these things happen) and had it replaced within the week — no questions asked. I then destroyed that frame in a crash and took advantage of the excellent crash replacement service Giant offers. Brandon and Elrite are also very knowledgeable; wonderful people. I highly recommend this shop to cycling enthusiasts and newbies alike. The staff are cycling enthusiasts and they have a contagious passion for the lifestyle.

GREAT bike shop!!! With only two people working they handle customers with quickness, ease, and professionalism. Very friendly employees, SO knowledgeable, and just have a passion for bikes! I just moved to the area and had been having problems finding group rides… without even saying anything the gentleman helping me suggested I join some of hte local rides and quickly listed off other local shops rides and where I can find more information! Great guy, and after poking around at other bike shops in the area I am confident that this is the shop I will be bringing my cycling business to. Great shop, and they have two locations (one in Milton as well).
