I always prefer to shop local independent where possible. My experience with Abbey ’ s Flower Nook unfortunately is a Do Not Patronize. The ordering process was smooth enough, then things went bad. They could not deliver as requested, so I emailed alternate delivery instructions. No delivery so I called. They read emails only occasionally and never read my email– from the previous day! Since it was now too late, I cancelled the order and made other arrangements. They delivered next day anyway. I am very displeased with how amateurish this operation is. Pretty website. Order at your own risk
