Ride was fine. Plenty of room and on time. But, WiFi was advertised on my bus from MSN to MKE, but none was available.

Madison, WI

Badger Bus is your only option to get from Milwaukee to Madison. It’s on time and that’s the only positive.
The wifi doesn’t work and is too heavily filtered. There’s no reason why facebook and amazon have to be filtered.
The buses themselves are hit and miss for safety and cleanliness. Some passengers are rude and aggressive, including distracting the driver, but nothing is done. The floors are filthy and given what you are paying, they could at least clean them up.
The pickup point at Mitchell isn’t clearly marked. That’s a safety risk, especially for panhandling.
The fare from Milwaukee to Madison is overpriced with all the stops. If it was direct from Mitchell to Madison without any stops, $ 23 wouldn’t be too bad. With the stops, it should be less.
Amtrak for all of its faults is overall a better service. Too bad it doesn’t go from Milwaukee to Madison.
