Terrible place and gross they are so rude owners are bad they never clean there hall ways garbage is everywhere. They have roaches and bed bugs in several buildings they own. Terrible please never move in.

My main beef with them is they took $ 80 out of my security deposit for carpet cleaning. The deal is that when I moved in, the carpet was in terrible condition. I asked to have it carpet cleaned again to try to remove the numerous stains but it still looked awful. It looked like the previous tenants let their kids spill kool aid everywhere. The manager bragged to me upon move in about how clean everything was and on the surface it was. It wasn’t til I moved in that I found old food in the kitchen cabinets and cigarette butts in the closets. The point is that I left this apartment in better shape than I moved in and then was charged for stains that were there before me.
After seeing I was being charged for this, I responded in writing contesting it. It took over a month for them to reply to me and tell me that they disagreed. I called but was told they would not speak to me about it, I would just have to wait for a letter.
You can find better places in Milwaukee for better value and with much nicer people.
