Blue Kangaroo Coin Laundry

This was my first occasion here. My goal was to come late so I would avoid the crowds and to give myself a chance to think about some things. Being curious about the entire store, I wandered a little and was so very rudely asked by a young associate if I «needed something.»
Note to the training staff: Things like fast food places and convenience stores and laundromats are everywhere. Customers have options. It’s terrible business when an associate who is sitting with ear buds in and looking at her phone is addressing customers, unsolicited, as if they’re actually bothering her. Professionalism is still a thing.
The franchise seems nice otherwise, though. I’ve seen better and I’ve seen worse.

It’s a clean, well run laundromat, but that’s the problem, it’s always busy and crowded. There’s always an attendant here, at least one, the place is clean and safe, but at times you’ll need to wait for a machine or a dryer. If you don’t bring a book, you can watch telenovelas on one of the big televisions. Convenient parking lot attached.
