Had a great experience buying a pig & renting the equipment to roast it. Butchers were top notch and very easy to work with. Our 50# pig was ready when we needed it, all the equipment was clean and fully functional, and we couldn’t find a better deal anywhere. Would recommend. Also, try the brats.

Burbach catered a luncheon for the Disable American Veteran volunteers and the food was outstanding. Everything was hot, fresh, and had outstanding flavoring. Normally when you go to a catered buffet you expect the food to be a bit soggy but not this catered — the oven browned potatoes were crisp the chicken was done just right and all the sides were great. Super job

I love the way the store smells everytime I walk in. The men behind the meat counter are helpful and nice, but the cashiers (ALL OF THEM) should be a bit more friendlier. I bought a Groupon deal for catfish and the transaction was fast and smooth. Great neighborhood store.

if u want good fresh meat this is the place to go. they also do pig roast, if u would like anything smoked they do that as well and meat deals if u wanna rack up on fresh meat.
