This a nice little park in the heart of the 3rd ward. It’s a nice venue for both meeting friends and the occasional mini festivals in the area. The way Erie street turns with the river allows the park to get sunlight up until about an hour before sunset, which is nice when living in the area. The buildings that face the park really need to be restaurant that could put seating on in the square.

Cute little green space on the south side of third ward. Great place to walk or sit with a good book. Plus if has some fun sculptures, is close to shopping, restaurants and coffee shops. Oh, and it draws some fun community events in the third ward.

This is one of the best used little parks in Milwaukee. It’s ringed by interesting shops and the MIAD, it’s got four full seasons of activities, though most of the action is Spring and Summer. Amazing free entertainment for the annual tree lighting, the mayor usually shows up, and so does Santa(I have somewhat mixed feelings about both of them, but they’re both good fellows in very challenging jobs). Although it may seem like it, you are not required to have children or dogs to visit and use this park. It’s much better to bike or walk here than driving, parking is limited.

We love this park. It’s an essential part of the neighborhood. Cool sculptures and green space. Ayre in the square during summer on Thursdays at 6:30. Come see(free) local bands and a beer; also enjoy some local vendors at a small farmers lite market Also have a great tree for the holidays and last year had ice sculptures. Awesome MKE truck food a few times a year. Eat some popcorn in the park from the popcorn lady’s truck and enjoy Dragotta Fountain.
