Horrific experiences over the last two years at the drive through. Wait times are obnoxious. I won’t pay until my food is ready. They are rude and unapologetic. Unpleasant experience as they come! I would not suggest it! They also refuse Amex. What restaurant does that?

Wait time at the drive thru is way too long! I’m already waiting for 20min, and there’s another car in front if me. what’s the whole point of drive thru if u need to wait that long. And their food is terrible. Staffs are polite, but just don’t know how to make right subs.

My FAVORITE sub place in the WORLD!!! and I’ve been around ;-) Hands down, you can’t beat the wisconsin cheese and the bread! delicious! I’m not sure what they use on there sandwiches to make the taste so authentic but it’s truly one of a kind.
Not to mention the service at this particular Cousin sub is really great! Nice friendly people.
