Craig is a true and real craftsman, who has developed this into a huge business(26+ employees, two apprenticeship programs). If you visit this store(the actual workshop is somewhere else, «is many times bigger than this room» per Craig) on Saturday mornings you will likely meet Craig, who is a fountain of knowledge regarding antique furniture values and quality. He is truly a perfectionist, but this is expensive. It is not expensive when you consider the quality of the finished product is truly unmatched anywhere(ask him how many coats of lacquer go on a chair), he will reinforce the joints to make them stronger than the original, and these can well become family heirlooms, if they aren’t already. Quality work takes time, so don’t be surprised if the wait is up to three months. Again, well worth the time and money.
