Curt was extremely helpful. I don’t normally get car service at these type of places. Normally I do just about everything myself. Tires are hard to do without the machines though. This time it was cheaper to buy them here than online, shipping was expensive. They did a free alignment check, put on one new tpms sensor, tpms kits on the other 3, and four new tires. They did not try and sell me anything I didn’t need like a lot of places. Great experience and I will likely return to them for future service.

PRE: It’s Saturday afternoon and I get in the car to run an errand and immediately twenty yards into driving something doesn’t feel right. The right front tire was flat. I put on the spare tire in 90degree heat. I then called around for a tire store that’s open on weekends.
This Firestone is open Saturday 7:00 am — 7:00 pm and Sunday 9:00 am — 5:00 pm which is convenient. I booked an appointment for 9AM Sunday and arrived promptly at that time the next day. If you arrive at some places when they open it takes a few minutes for the workers to meander in and they look hungover. At 9AM the bay doors were open, music was playing, mechanics working and coffee made.
The prognosis for my tire was death by curbing. (See graphic photo of deceased tire.) I needed a replacement as sidewall holes can’t be patched. Here’s the star deduction: There was only one option for my size tire. No good/​better/​best option which is surprising considering Firestone makes tires and this store has plenty of space to store tires. I needed to get the car back in order so I bought the tire.
The tire comes with a LIFETIME repair warranty.
LOBBY: I know this sounds petty, but a two hour wait at a mechanic shop can be mind numbingly boring. The places are usually dirty and the magazines are two years old. NOT here, nice comfy seats, rack full of current magazines, water fountain, kids’ play area, television.

Came here for a complete auto inspection for $ 23 and you can’t beat that. The guy working at the service desk was really helpful and great at explaining the things that my car needed. Although he tried to get me to get a few things fixed (that’s his job)… I didn’t feel pressured to do so and he totally understood. Firestone will usually have great deals on tires and oil changes. It’s good to shop around because there are a lot of other mechanics out here that can fix your car for almost 50% less than what they charge.

Not only did they have great coupons, but their customer service was great, too! I would definitely go back to get my tires checked and oil changed.
